I tried for 2 months to put down the deposit for our wedding. My emails went unanswered, phone calls un-returned so I ended up sending them a final email asking them not to charge my credit card (because i had sent them all the forms with my info TWICE!) and surely enough I got a response. If that is any indication of what there service will be like, with something as little as taking a deposit, then I dont want to imagine what it will be like with the details of my wedding.
I am frustrated with their service, not to mention I have to find another location for our wedding, and I dont understand why they would turn down business
ugh!! I guess there was a reason why I couldnt find any info about them on the internet....
