Hello everyone. I haven't been on here in a while. I finally got my wedding date CONFIRMED by Xhail. YAY! I am so happy to start the planning process. I am a little worried because when I got my wedding date put on hold I originally asked to have the Mint Breeze package, but now I have changed my mind to have the Strawberry Passions package. I am really worried that I will not be able to have it changed!!! Has anyone had any problem with changing plans with the WCs

Congratulations Jordan! I am also getting married in the Riviera Maya! I couldn’t be happier with the locations. Through all of my searching I came across the Riu! It looks like a wonderful place to have a wedding. I’m not familiar with the other two though! My FI and I decided on having our wedding at Barcelo Maya Palace. I looked at every single resort possible and once I saw the resort I just knew it was the place! Good luck with your planning!

Hello everyone and congratulations on the upcoming weddings! A new 2010 bride here! I am new to this site but I am so happy I found this thread!!! I got engaged in May, and I knew right away I wanted a destination wedding. I have been searching for the right place for months, and we finally decided on the Barcelo Maya Palace!!!! SO excited! After weeks and weeks of waiting we finally got the wedding date we wanted put on hold! Now what I am playing around and attempting to do my own Save the Dates (passports), but I honestly don’t know what all to include! This is all so new to me and I’m starting to feel a little overwhelmed!
