Thanks Nat that helps me understand alot better now.... Your deal is way better than mine because yours includes the stay and airfare, you can't beat that. Ours only give us a free room for every 5 rooms booked I think LOL @ using the neighbors internet thats too funny hahahahaha

Yeh we are staying pretty much the same time as our guest, most of our guest are going from 5-6 nights, me and Mike are staying for 7 nights 8 days, but we are returning the same time our guest are which is June 22nd. We want to have our honeymoon in 2011 in Aruba, which was our first pick for a DW. I am really anxious to see how the contract will look for the free night group promotion. Nat where are you ? Ok ladies so I have a update from our travel agent, she contacted Dreams and is drawing up a contract and guesss what, we will be able to get our room/stay for free because we have more than 25 rooms booked at the resort..... so this will definitley be able to help us cover some of the additional cost that we were not expecting whoohooo i'm happy because I was worried if it would work out and now it will definitley work out.

Well I'm all too familiar with this situation as SSNM knows, I posted the question she attached above. I was and still am faced with this situation however I have decided on a couple of ways to handle the situation and what I did like SSNM said was to adjust some of things that weren't necessary for the wedding to make room in the buget to accomadate our guest.
