You might want to consider doing mini cakes for the cassata, FI and I are planning on having small square mini cakes on tiers with a regular small top tier. -

I just came across your thread and I just wanted to congratulate you on finding true love a second time around, and I think it's very special that the two of you both went through the loss of your late husband and have found something special between the two of you! -
it is during hurricane season, however, I know a lot of brides have weddings during October, just because it's a rainy season doesn't mean it's going to rain everyday

Awe hun that's awful, I'm so sorry you and your dad are having to go through will all of the documentation issues. I hope that everything is able to get processed ASAP so that your dad will be there to walk you down the aisle!! -
I'm going to do it for both reasons. One because the centerpieces I want were quoted about $70 higher than what I can make them for. Plus I like knowing that it's set up the way I want it and I can save money! I also plan on using those centerpieces at our AHR and just adding more so it will work out best for me.

I just got some information from Paula for using blue parrot as an option right now. Do you know if a certain amount of people have to stay at the hotel or do you have to stay there at all?

I'm going to be doing passport STD's and boarding pass invites. I had originally thought about the opposite but then my FI brought up a good point, you typically get your passport before your boarding pass. Either one is super cute though!
