Alright ladies here are the things I just ordered. I really liked the brochure layout from vistaprint but it wouldn't allow me to change the colors so FI made my template for me in publisher and put in all the info I wanted. However, after I put my order in I realized I forgot to put the tipping info...oh well it's on my website which I'm pretty sure no one visits so that's on them, haha. I ordered the luggage tag business cards from zazzle because I did not need 250 of them. I will have to wait for them to arrive and take pics because I can't save the image. As for the key/card tip holders I did get those from vista print for $9 for 250 and will have tons left over if anyone would like some. I also used the rack cards for the photoshare cards.

I'm in the exact same situation. Everyone treated our STD from last June as an invite basically since it was full of information, and those that are going are booked but we have a couple people that are still deciding. Everyone else has already told us they can't be there. I however went ahead and sent out invitations so I can get an official RSVP from everyone anyway. Hannah the brochure looks great. I just uploaded my pre-travel brochure onto vistaprint to have them print it, as well as photo-share cards, luggage tags, and key/ tip holder cards. I'll upload all the designs later onto here. Invitations went in the mail on Tuesday as well as the STD for the AHR. I also had my second fitting today and it's amazing to put my dress on and actually be able to walk in it. Lots of things are getting checked off my list this month!

I have a Mac Book and I've never had any trouble viewing anything on the forum. Lily Rose is correct though, if you don't have mocrosoft office software on your Mac you won't be able to view everything as a lot of templates are in word and power point.

I created them in photoshop to begin with and then finished them in illustrator. Initial design was a little time consuming since I didn't have a template to go off of but I used an old boarding pass of my own for size. Not sure if you have either program though but if you do let me know.

I just finished my boarding pass invites and surprisingly I found these to be a lot easier than the passport STD's I made. I'm pretty happy with the way they have turned out. I perforated the RSVP portion using a sewing machine, so my guests can tear it off and stick it in a ready made envelope. That's tough. I personally would not want to do it over again which is why we are just showing the video of our ceremony at our AHR. If I were you and you're just doing this for your grandparents are you getting legally married before you go? If so I would take them with you, otherwise I guess you could do a simple ceremony back home before the actual reception starts with just your parents and grandparents?

I'm getting married May 6th and I'm taking down green, orange, and ivory organza for the canopy. I'm not sure if that interested you or not but I will be selling it after the wedding. So if you wanted it depending on what day you arrived I could deliver it to you or make sure Aurora or someone holds it for you there at the resort.

It's not tacky at all. I wanted to save on the AHR since it's really just for those not coming to Mexico. What we are doing is Saturday afternoon from 2-5 we're having cocktails and hor'dourves. We're not re-doing anything from the wedding, but we will have a cake. We plan on it being time for us to mingle with those that couldn't come to the wedding. We're going to show a slide show of our wedding pics and our venue has an outdoor patio that we will have our ceremony video playing. All of our decor will mostly be our wedding pictures themselves.

I love these, but how do you change the color of the brochure?

Your wedding looked beautiful, congratulations! I received an email from Julieta tonight with an attached receipt of the transfer for refunding me 70% of my deposit. She had told me she would make the refund on January 4th...which she did! Unfortunately though she had to wire the refund to me instead of doing it through paypal since she is unable to use her account right now due to other refund situations and disputes. She handled the situation very well and very professionally with me while I discussed with her that although my centerpieces may turn out beautifully from the current reviews I just couldn't take the chance and have the stress and worrying about my centerpieces the whole time. She explained how sorry she was to lose my business but ultimately if that was what would put me at ease she understood. I can't say I wouldn't recommend Julieta, but I would be cautious.

We ordered Fi's suit from studiosuits.com and I just ordered the GM's white pullover linen shirts and natural linen pants today.

I'm getting super excited! I'm finishing my invitations this week! We are pretty much finished with the majority of our DW items so now I'm starting to do some things for our AHR. I have my second fitting for my dress on January 19th to have the bustle put in. Fortunately the only thing I needed was to have it hemmed and a bustle added...but it was still crazy expensive! Maybe because I'm 5'2 and they basically could make another dress out of what they removed, haha.
