    That's a tough one I would say Dreams but I would also say in Mexico but that's because I'm biased. I don't know much about the Gran Bahia resorts though. I'm sure you can find some help by looking at a few reviews from brides on both locations though.

    It's what you are most comfortable in. I plan on going barefoot but will have a nice pair of sandals to wear after wards, and possibly during the ceremony if the sand is too hot so I'm not miserable.

    Thank you so much for your review. I'm getting married at DT and am planning on the ultimate package but after reading this I think I'm going to go back through and weigh my options again. Sounds like you had an amazing time, I can't wait to see pictures!

    We are not paying for them, i'm paying for their hair and make-up and getting them a nice gift. They've been given over a year's notice about the plans so they know what they're getting into.

    Congrats and welcome to the forum! I've planning a 2011 wedding and first you want to give people plenty of notice of what you are doing so they can save. Then with help from a TA and doing some research on prices around the date you are choosing you can get a guestimation of what your guests will be spending and give them a ballpark.
