    Thank you so much! I saw one this past trip and it was gorgeous!! I love the contemporary atmosphere is so much like my SO and I. When did you start planning? We are **hoping** for next November 2011 but it looks as though we will have limited time planning it once the visa clears only like 6-7 months! But it will be small something like 30 people.

    I'm starting to look at wedding details even though it looks as though it will be awhile for us (having visa problems for my fiance ) but still trying to figure some details so I can figure out how much to save! Has anyone here had a wedding at the ME by Melia? I saw one on the beach once during a cancun visit and it look beautiful! Can't find any info on prices or anything though on the website Any info would be great thanks!

    Jessica you're pictures are wonderful! and I was at the Hilton during your wedding!! We watched the ceremony from our balcony and later my SO and I were walking around outside and saw your reception! lol small world...

    I am so happy to see that various lilies are on the list for "cheaper" flowers! These are by far my favorites, and I wanted most of my arrangements with them and carnations...great info!

    Well, I'm new to the whole "wedding planning thing", but I've been to Cancun about 24 times, so I feel I can answer lol! You should try either Riu Palace Las Americas or Riu Cancun because, in all honesty, those are the only AI's I can think of that are on the "calm side" of the water: Cancun is shaped like a "7" and those resorts on the top of the 7 have calm waters, because the waves are blocked from Isla Mujeres a little across the way. So, I would start your search there

    Hi! I just joined last night, and just starting to look at venues and such. I am going to be married in Cancun, Mexico to the love of my life Antonio . We don't have a date yet, but I am thinking like December 2011 (I know I'm early ). So yeah, that's my story
