  1. Awesome! How perfect for Vegas! I wish my party was in Vegas but I am already asking everyone to go to Mexico.... I think they might kill me if I asked for Vegas too
  2. Most of the monograms the girls made themselves. Look at the DIY section and you will find some help about making them and getting the fonts to make them. Good luck! Happy Planning!
  3. Ours is johnanderica.wedquarters.com. I used Personal Wedding Websites - WedQuarters.com to make the site. I believe it cost $30 but the templates are amazing and the site is SOOOOO easy to use! I would highly recommend it!
  4. I dont know if any of you have been on the site lately.... Dreams is not longer offering golf complimentary at El Cameleon... it is some other golf course and only being offered until the end of April!?!?!?!? WTF!!! My wedding is in June and many of the guests were looking forward to this!!! AGHHH!!!!
  5. I like Blue Hawaiians.... they are really sweet and you cannot taste the rum... could be dangerous

Hope that helps Thank you!!! I will definitely be looking into that this weekend!
  10. Hey RM brides!!! My FI and I are having our Bachelor/Bachelorette parties in Mexico two days before the wedding. We are getting married at Dreams Riviera Cancun in Puerto Morelos. The nightlife in Puerto Morelos is almost non existent! Does anyone have suggestions for the party? I was thinking the girls could go to Cancun and the guys to Playa del Carmen or vice versa Any suggestions about the bars in that area? I have been searching for more information about this and I just cannot find any!!! Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks! Erica

Or did you need to find a vendor yourself? I absolutely love those chairs and I did not think they offered them! Definitely worth $6 a piece!!!
  12. I love the signature drink idea! I too am having turquoise and pink for my colors. I think I am going to go with a pink drink because that is the accent color. The guys will just have to deal with the pink!!! ha ha!! I am not having a cocktail hour though... I just didn't see the point in paying extra for something that is already paid for in the stay I am thinking about having the drinks at the actual ceremony. We are VERY laid back and it will really show our personality with cocktails at the ceremony. I am going to ask Ana about it!

Does anyone know of a great photographer? Anyone getting married that wkd and would want to share a photographer? please let me know!!! Happy Planning!!!!! Congratulations! Welcome to the DRC forum! There are a lot of threads about photography in Riviera Maya! Take lots of pics on your visit and let us know how it goes!!
  14. Can anyone tell me the reasons why they are getting married in the states first? From my opinion I want the Mexico wedding to be the "first" of the two. We are planning on getting married the day we get back. We are going to celebrate the Mexico wedding date. I agree with the rest of you, the important date is when you make the PROMISE to one another, not when you sign a piece of paper.
  15. Wedding Linens Direct is on sale right now.... it is about 0.59 per organza sash!!!
