Thanks for the tip. I bought some playing cards from $0.70 at michaels 2 weeks ago and then found out on here that someone was able to buy playing cards for $0.33 at Walgreens. I was kind of bummed, but I liked that Michael's playing cards had hard plastic covers so I rationalized that it was actually a good thing. Thanks for letting us know!

Congrats and welcome! I am also getting married in Nassau, but on April 24th. When is your date? We are taking a Carnival Cruise on April 22 to get to Nassau. Right now we are using a private wedding planner as well, but may have to look at alternate arrangements as we have more people going then expected. It is so exciting to see someone else on here in a similar situation. I will let you know if I find out any specific information. Good luck with all of your planning!

Thank you for posting this. I am in the process of looking for cheaper dresses for me and my bridesmaids. I am definitely looking into this. -
I think your dress is beautiful. As long as you love it, it won't matter especially if you already know you don't care about messing it up for TTD. In pictures (at least on google) of destination weddings brides are wearing anything and everything including more formal dresses. If it makes you happy and makes you feel beautiful keep that one. You look great!

Haha, I would probably do this too. I haven't registered for anything yet, but I have had several friends stalk their registries prior to showers (bridal and baby). I think it is completely normal. I bet it is so exciting!

Yeah, like clarisse mentioned just be careful of shimmery (and some even say mineral) makeup which can make your face look lighter in photographs. I was researching good makeup to wear during a wedding and almost all sites said this.

I have only heard good things from people ordering off ebay as well. I am looking there too, but I am like you and am a little nervous. Plus everyone tells me I need to try on the dress, but I feel like if I found a good one at a good price online I would be willing to risk it. I am sure it will all work out!

I also have been having this problem. I usually just answer their questions, but let them know they can refer to the website too for any other information. I have found people to be reluctant to use the website or my TA. They just want to go through me, haha. Oh well...

Hair colour opinions!

This is definitely a hard decision. I think blonde or blonde highlights looks more "beachy", but it may not be "you". I am trying to grow out my hair to its natural (mousy) brown just because that is what my fiance prefers (he doesn't like the maintenance and either do I), but I do love having blonde hair (it just gets expensive over time). I think you look great in both pictures, but I guess if you took out all the other factors, I would say the blonde or brown with highlights. -
I liked #2 and #3 best. They all looked great though!
