we're getting married on june 3rd, 2010 at Dreams Resort and Spa in Cancun. luckily for us we can book now and we 've just put our deposit down on our wedding package. for those of you that havn't booked a hotel yet just wanted you to know that Dreams has the most amazing beaches! having a little difficulty with communication from the hotel. it apparently takes them a million years to get back to you, but this seems to be normal after chatting with a few other brides:)

i havn't personally been, but from what i've read on the net it apparently has beautiful white sandy beaches:) i'm having my wedding there as well and that was definately a mucho importanto item for me:) i have been to cancun before and stayed at the oasis and the beach was amazing! just like something out of a postcard:) good luck:) D

Hey Ladies:), i have a few questions for anyone that has been married at Dreams: i've set my wedding date for June 3rd,2010:) but my fiance and i are having some troubles deciding on a few things: where do you think is the best place to hold the reception? we were thinking the terrace/garden? how long do you think we should rent the stereo equiptment for? our ceremony is at 6pm(sunset) i was thinking 8-12?? has anyone used the hotel photographer? is he/she any good? also does anyone have a fax number for claudia? i've been experiencing the lack of response of emails which people have told me is normal:) LOL! since they tend to do things at their own pace in mexico. thanks so much you guys:) De-Ann Van B.C.

thanks you guys!! everyone is so helpful on this forum:) does anyone happen to have a fax number for claudia?? when i made my wedding request Olimpia Salcedo got back to me so i'm not sure if she works with claudia or not, but it seems that most of the ladies on here have communicated with claudia. my fiance and i just made our deposit for our wedding package and i want to send the reciept along with the wedding questionaire back to them for their records.i figured fax was the way to go but i can't seem to locate a fax number? can anyone help out?? thanks D xo

i'm experiencing the same thing:) only because my wedding is not until june of next year did i not have a mini panick attack:) lol! if anyone does managed to get a number would you mind posting? as well i'd love a fax number for claudia. what is the best way to send a confirmation on deposit? fax/email?? thanks

Hi:), i just set my wedding day at Dreams Resort and Spa in Cancun on June 3rd,2010:) i have a few questions if anyone has gotten married there: how is the hotel photographer? i'm wondering if i should go with someone outside of the resort to take the photo's? also when placing the deposit for the wedding packages is it better to wire the money to the hotel or send a certified check via ups? is one safer than the other? how have the wedding co-ordinators been in getting back to you via email? i've sent a few emails now and it seems like it takes forever for them to return. thanks a bunch you guys:) D
