I'm waiting until I have a few hours to myself and the computer so I can read it all!!

It’s pretty good….. fits a little weird in the boob area, a little uneven in the back, the beading is obviously nothing compared to the Maggie, it has weird stitching on the ruching, but all of this is pretty minor. It’s a perfectly good dress to trash I unfortunately, chose to have one made that had some specific details. I am thinking I should have done a more simple one but it’s TOO late now!! I can't wait to see pictures! Where did you order from? You sound in the same position as me, the Sottero and Midgley one has a lot of detail and beading so I'm worried about how that will turn out. LOL, mine is for the TTD but if it turns out good enough I might just wear it for the ceremony. LOL. 2 dresses are better than 1, right??

I went and got measured, just because I wasn't sure how to do it. They measured me without a bra, but I have fake boobies (sorry if that's TMI) so it didn't really matter. I'm SO nervous/excited about the dress. Hopefully by July I should have pictures. What does your dress look like? Keep me posted and GOOD LUCK!!!

Wait, so I'm having Fernando do my makeup and he brings his hair guy with, so is that 2 vendor fees? Luckily I booked back in August and confirmed in writing before Angie go the boot that I had $100 vendor fees, luckily! Speaking of Angie....now that she's gone (well, I'm pretty sure she is) I still haven't heard back from anyone. Who did all of you contact to get your new WC? I feel my blood pressure rising.

(I am dreading this...but I know I need to). I've heard not TOO long because it can be more painful, but I've also heard it needs to be long enough so that it doesn't grow back fast? You may want to wait. I was told 3-4 weeks. Here is the place I go, they have an informative video that explains things: http:// www.bikiniwaxing.com that may be helpful. It has to be long enough so they can pull all of the hair. I guess it all grows in separately and if you don't "grow it out" enough you run the risk of only getting some of the hairs but others won't be waxed. GOOD LUCK!!!

I'm a compulsive exerciseer so I lied to my fiance and told him I didn't go to the gym before work, when I really did..... Would you be jealous if one of your bridesmaids looked better than you on your wedding day?

I got it on a Saturday and left on Sunday for Mexico, the wedding was the following Saturday. It did the blue wax. It was horrible. It basically left bloody holes that stayed for several days down there. The armpits weren't too irritated. Then it started growing back within about 5 days. I had to shave under my arms by Thursday and down there by Wednesday. I had more than 10 days growth under the arms and WAAAAY more down there. When it started growing back in I had terrible ingrown hairs. I am very prone to these anyway but having them in your bikini line and having them EVERYWHERE is very different. I did everything they told me, exfoliate, use a calming lotion...... I used pumice cleanser, glycolic acid, hydrocortisone cream, neosporin, bikini zone. Basically everything I could find. I was so embarassed by the mess below I didn't even want to consumate the marriage on the honeymoon! A good friend of mine said she always had problems with ingrown hairs when waxing so now she gets laser hair removal. Way more painful process but no irritation after. Moral of the story, don't try it right before your wedding and if you are prone to irritation and ingrown hairs, waxing is not going to improve that. And if you are a hairy sascquach like me, don't expect it to last weeks or even one week. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I hope you still got some action on the honeymoon. But I agree with the other poster who also cracked up. "Hairy sascquach". That so made me laugh! I'm totally right there with you. I'm getting a test wax everything in a few weeks (when I regain Sascquachness from my most recent shave job) and will inform everyone how it goes.......

It's definitely not as beautiful as the real thing and hopefully they'd do a good job but I think it might work if you're desperate. Haha. Good luck! Oh you girls are wonderful! Yes, that is the dress! I'm thinking of going through Gianinar. I'm NOT crafty or anything like that so I worry what will happen if I get it and the straps aren't great. Any suggestions? I just emailed them and sent them the link and pictures so I hope they reply. I am just in LOVE with this dress. I wanted an open back as well. I just can't justify $1600 (what it retails at). Thanks so much! You're helping ease my anxiety. I'll see what they send and I'll keep you all posted! Do you think they would do a good job?

Hi girls! I am in LOVE with this Sottero & Midgley dress. (Not sure if the pictures will show up or not). I really want to have Gianinar remake it. What are your thoughts? Do you think they can get it close to this? I'm really stressing out so if you have ANY suggestions or experience with Gianinar please PM me. I'm not trying to be a topic stealer, I just need some help from those who have already done this. THanks so much! Any help is appreciated! Nikki
