For us, our poolside reception had to be indoors due to the rain. That being said I don't know what they do for the set up, but I'm sure they at least have lights. As for the staffing, we had 1 bartender and 1 server. I think we got the premium cocktail party (which is the $8 pp for 2 hours) and it included everything our guests were drinking. Sangria, margaritas, pina coladas, the works.

We ended up using Cancun Studios. They were fantastic and I'm glad that in the end we got to work with them. I can't wait to see how their pictures turn out. Thats a shame about your beach, was it like that all week? GBP has a really long strip of beach since it's to cover 3 resorts and it's a little tucked back so perhaps thats what helped keep it in shape.

Oh yay! They're so beautiful. You must be the bride that beat me to them. I was trying to book the same photographer and I took a day to long to decide. When I called back to book they were already snapped up! Lucky you. But lucky me too, because we ended up with another fab photographer. Midnight, we used the menu from Portifino and it was good. For the main entre the options were chicken or salmon. I'm sure they would add on a plain pasta dish to accomidate the food alergies.
