  1. I'm picking an outfit for my reception. Which shoes do you think will be the best? they are equally comfortable, the same price and I like them both.... Here's the dress Shoes #1 Shoes #2
  2. As pretty as the first pair was, I didn't like them so much on your feet. Now, the second one is simply HOT HOT HOT!!! both on your feet and off.
  3. Just like you, I'm now struggling between #3 and #4... I'm going to NM and Saks tomorrow to try them on. Hopefully, they have them in stock! I'll definitely update.
  4. Thank you so much for all the input! it's so hard to pick one pair when all the shoes are just to die for... I'm still undecided though... I'm waiting for my reception dress to come in. Here's the picture of the dress, maybe it will be easier to decide once I have it. dress it was $140
  5. I've killed the last 3 days searching high and low for my wedding reception shoes. I'm now down to my top 5 and need your opinion! It's a small wedding and I will be wearing a short white cocktail dress for my reception, simple, A-line, inexpensive ... so, I decided to go all in on my shoes, so never mind the price tag even though it's still shocking, I know LOL here it goes #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 also, I definitely want to get something that I will be wearing... until death do us part! which one do you think would be most versatile?
  6. I have an account at theknot.com and they have an option of emailing STD's. They are pretty cute. I will be following with formal (paper) invitations of course, but for STD's - emailing is perfect in my opinion. And you save a couple of trees!
  7. hi all! we are looking into having a welcome dinner as a bonfire BBQ with Kissing fish... has anyone here done it? it seems a bit pricey and I just wanted to hear any feedback before deciding on it. Thank you!
  8. Morning ladies! my head is about to explode as I've been researching and looking for info about wedding in TC. wedding is set for Dec. 12 of this year (yeah, 5 months away!). We are looking into staying at Villa del Mar and there will be 15 guests coming. So far, this is all I've got. I don't know where to have a ceremony and reception. For a welcome dinner I was thinking of having a bonfire BBQ with Kissing fish caterers. Is it a long distance from Villa del mar, which is right next to the Grace bay resort, to the BayBistro? any other ideas anyone has about it? another questions, I was under impression that unless you stay at the hotel, say Grace bay, you can't have weddings arranged there? is it right? can I still have a ceremony on the beach if I don't stay at the Grace bay? I'm in process of contacting wedding coordinators but haven't heard anything from any of them... while I'm waiting for a response from them, I hope someone can give me any advice. another question, has anyone had a reception at Grace bay? I know they are expensive, but how expensive? what a dinner for 17 people would roughly be?
  9. Hi there! I'm from MD and planning a wedding this December in the Caribbean.... so far the plan is to do it in TC. I'm completely overwhelmed with how much needs to be done in such a short period of time... Finding this forum was such a blessing!
