I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Were they able to give you a new eta? I'd probably call back, speak to a manager and press them for answers. What is their normal procedure and time line for these dresses, what if they need alterations, are/were they on backorder, how many fittings will you need, and how long will alterations take? If you are not comfortable with their answers, start working on a plan b. Don't call us, we'll call you? Um no! Like honestly, at what point do I need to panic and find a plan "B"? 7 weeks from this Sunday we leave for our wedding!!! I called "Store A" last week about FI's daughter's dress and was basically told "don't call us, we'll call you."
