I think I posted this somewhere else yesterday, but for any T&C brides that are still looking for airfare, right now our dates in May are down to $488!! So if you haven't booked yet, you may want to check the airfare pricing for your dates!! This is the lowest I've seen it so far.

I wonder what this means really since they want to charge extra for the "private dinner on the beach", and a regular dinner would just be considered part of the all inclusive???

Hi Lauren - yay for another Beaches bride!! My ceremony is also at 11am - on May 5th, 2010! I think there are covered areas to have a reception but I'm still undecided on what we're doing for a reception so haven't looked into it too much. Hopefully on of the other T&C brides will chime in

Gorgeous pictures!!! Magen's Bay is one of my fav beaches ever...it's just beautiful there. And the drive getting to the Bay is beautiful as well, especially when you stop up at the top of the mountain and look down over the beach. Congrats!!

Whenever I see a new bride struggling with selecting a resort, I have 2 pieces of advise that helped me tons. First of all I would suggest making a list of things that are important to you. For us, a few of those things were a family friendly resort, an all inclusive resort, a beautiful beach to get married on, and somewhere that we could fly to easily (without outrageous flight times). There are so many beautiful resorts to choose from but some are very different from others so this list can really help narrow down your choices. Then my second recommendation is to find a great TA who specializes in destination weddings. They'll be able to help you find a resort that meets all the requirements on your list. There are some great TA's on this forum or you can ask other brides for recommendations. Â Good luck with your planning
