We arrived with our pink binders packed with all of our emails from Veronica to present day, not knowing what to expect. Ramon was wonderful! He went above and beyond and was awesome with every little detail that he knew was important to us. I had a blank card with the design that matched my daughter's invitations and we had used this design to carry through her theme for other things. Ramon scanned the design and used it for our menu cards at the reception. If he had things in his office that we could use that would save us, he was very generous with his offers without us asking! The flowers were one of our biggest decisions and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful with his patient suggestions. The flowers were gorgeous as was every other little detail that Ramon attended too. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him.... he was nonstop constantly.... if not with our wedding, you saw him constantly bustling around the resort. You will love him and dearly appreciate his devotion to his job. He takes pride in his service to the bride and is just too amazing for words! You will be in excellent hands with him! We had special favors that Ramon personally personalized for us. The house linens were white but we went with colored tablecloths and runners at a small additional cost. There was supposed to be a charge for the vases for the bridesmaids flowers but he had vases that were available for us to use that were perfect. I guess it all depends on what he has available at the time as some brides leave some things behind to be recycled. At any rate, you will be blessed to have the service of this wonderful WC! We could not have asked for more!
