we are also thinking of not going with a DJ and bringing a high quality audio/ipod dock station either a BOSE system or Logitech pure-fi system. we would just have a ready to go playlist

thanks great to hear about the mediterranean rest. For our reception we were thinking the pool area or possibly the swing bar I also read in one of the posts a reception was held at the gazebo? any suggestions would be helpful. thx

Yes I did get an e-mail from Karla's assistant who told me that she will be away until July 27th. So I only have one month with Karla before the Wedding date. Scary! The assistant is not great at english because she actually said June 27 first?? I hope thats enough time.

Hi Ladies, This forum stuff is really new to me so I am not sure if I am even posting this message correctly. I have set my date and only found this helpful site today!! I wish I found it sooner. Now its question time. Should I be worried about details now or do I wait until I get there?? We have booked the Mediterranean Restaurant for our Dinner and wondering if anyone has any comments on it. We are also considering the Disco for the reception but have no idea of the price or if it will just be for the wedding guests. Please help!

Hello all, I am new to this forum stuff. But I am finding this site very helpful. I will be reading more tomorrow as my eyes are now sore. We are getting Married on September 3rd, 2009 Staying at Bahia Principe Coba but getting married in the Tulum Gazebo. We are living in Vancouver, BC and have guests coming from all over Canada.
