Also looking for an excellent, organized coordinator reasonably priced that offers great and unique options for all aspects of arrangements. Thanks and ask me any questions, I may have some leads for you too. Darci Congrats and welcome to the forum. There is a ton of information here to assist with your planning process. For your questions, are you trying to find bands that are already there or suggestions for someone you can use at a AHR? Also for a coordinator, it might help to list what location you are in now to assist with targeting someone local for you. Happy planning
  2. Thanks so much for posting this! They have some of the cutest stuff I've seen so far.
  3. My hesitation with this is that most sites like this just make you a replica of the dress they are posting and have stolen these images from the real designers to make you believe you are getting the dress you see and alot of girls either end up hating the replica and it looks nothing like what they envisioned or either they like it and don't care that it's a replica. I think it's really up to you, but I would definitely go try on the real thing before you just pick one that looks pretty and then you get it and hate how it looks on you.

They've also requested room upgrades for us at both resorts...fingers crossed on that one!! They've truly been my life saver in this whole process!! That makes me feel so much better to know that you had a good experience with them. She gave me a brochure for Dreams too and really went over the costs and how we should wait since they are still in the winter sale and how the summer sale is so much better. So I know all of that will come together soon, since I only have 7 months to go. Thanks again and can't wait to see you and Tam's pictures and read your reviews!!
  15. Jocy! I meant to tell you that I met with the Travel Agency that you are working with. (I say them on your website) and I told them you referred me. The woman's name is Nancy Converse and she was great and I am sure we will be working with them as well. The one we were using were coming back with ridiculous pricing so I just wanted to let you know. Hopefully they will throw in something free for you for sending them a referral!!!! I am so happy for you and I know everything will be gorgeous!!!
  16. Congrats Lauren and I wish you the best of luck with your planning

Just seemed more convenient, and hey I might have time to change my name on license and checkcard before I get there! So we are going to have a symbolic ceremony and all of our guests will never know that we did it here first

When I spoke to her yesterday she told me that when I book my trip if the room rates go down then I will get the lower rates, but with airfare once you book your locked in at that price, so she said I may want to consider waiting bc most likely they will drop. I also remember pricing the trip last year around this time and the airfare was around 289 roundtrip. I just checked expedia this morning and it 393.00 right now. Also since August is part of DR's hurricane season waiting closer to the trip might make the tickets lower depending on how the season is looking. I probably will book my flight no later than May though.

My TA said I can wait another 1-2 months for the airfare purchase since that's when the rates seem to drop a bit so in the meantime, I am trying to get all the other stuff done. I really want to start ring shopping soon and just getting that stuff out the way. And I agree, Ireland will be gorgeous!!!!
