(sounds gross but it might not be that bad) I think the hardest will be the proteins - surviving on egg whites, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and protein shakes won't be easy. happy to report I am down 1.2 pounds this week. I am sticking to it religiously and feel as though I should be losing more, HOWEVER I am not exercising so it is my own fault. I think it will work better (in core) once I start hitting the gym.. I'm so lazy about it..lol congrats to everyone this week!! lisa don't beat yourself up, it happens to everyone and yam fries are the best. i am in the middle of cheat day for breakfast I had eggs benedict *YUM* for lunch I had fish & chips although I couldn't eat the fries and I had to stop eating the fish about 1/2 way.. WAY too greasy for me. I ordered an extra portion of tartar sauce but didn't even finish the first one. Dinner -- who knows but I know it will be something good and I will cheat and have a glass of wine....

ok stupid question -- do I pick the father/daughter song or does my dad? I mean basically they are sung from the father's perspective so I feel like I should get his feedback about the song choice? we did a 'pre-rsvp' for the destination part only on our STD cards (it was the last page of our packet of 'boarding passes') .. it basically said, In the coming months you will receive a formal invitation for both the Mexico wedding ceremony and the Rhode Island reception. For our planning purposes we would appreciate if you could let us know by Dec 1, 2009 if you are planning on attending the Mexico wedding ceremony Name(s)_______________________ Adults_________ Children ________ We didn't put a yes/no.. basically only requested that people mail them back if they are planning on going... I know it won't be 100% accurate but it will help...

OK confused by all the 'fit' options - classic comfort fit - straight fit - slimmer straight fit - boot cut - slimmer boot cut - baggy - semi baggy - skinny tight fit (tapering bottom) - skinny tight fit ( boot cut) - skinny tight fit (straight cut) what are the differences?? I didn't see pics of each which would really be helpful... what did you all order and how did they fit? Thanks a million!! -katie -
I've been looking for a card box that is foldable (for putting in a suitcase for travel)... every card box i've found is thick cardboard and comes fully assembled ... Any links to something that might work would be appreciated! Thanks!

lisa i don't know how I missed this thread but I just read the whole thing and your dress is fan-freakin-tastic!! I think that your aunt was waiting for the alterations until December in case you lost or gained weight -- she worked so fast to create it, she can probably take it in quickly too -- I personally wouldn't take it to a local seamstress or even suggest it to her unless she suggests it first -- she may want to start/finish the dress and call it her own.. kwim? I'd just call her and say, 'yay! I lost a bunch of weight and the dress is really big on me now -- do you think that you will have enough time to do the alterations?' anyway.. my 2 cents congrats on such a beautiful dress and such an amazing aunt you have!! and keep up the good work with cywt!! who knows, it may end being 30# by december!!!
