I'm getting married at Dreams in December and like you I've had various concerns and even second guessed the decision a time or two. But I've read lots of threads on this site and overall I think brides have more good things to say than bad. I'm in the process of selecting my menu and I really can't decide. In fact, I'm looking over the options and decided to log in to see what others chose. I came across your post right away and had to laugh a little. I don't know if I would consider myself a foodie, nevertheless I love to cook and have pretty high standards for quality and taste. Do I go with salmon or mahi mahi? These options could be risky. Sometimes fish sits around too long and has that fishy smell and taste. Yuck. Do I go with beef? It's hard to mess up beef unless it's overcooked. Or do I go back to the gold menu for the surf and turf? Ahh! It's so hard! I just want the meal to be fresh and yummy. There are no guarantees. If it totally sucks, I would be pretty disappointed.
