OMG... I am so sorry this happened to you... You are right you shouldnt pay for the alterations... I would even go as far as telling you to try to get your money back or having them expidite another dress.... I feel angry for you...OMG I just... WOW... I applaud you for not going nuts on them... I dont know what I would have done... stay strong everything will work out... Good Luck
