  1. Thank you so much! It's not every day I'm in love with it but it's worth the results! It seems like you're well on your way so congrats! It's always great to actually FEEL better along with the looking better stuff
  2. Hey Ladies! Trisha - That's definitely a great idea about having a symbolic ceremony. We did the same thing when we were married in the Riviera Maya last June. The best part is, no one realizes and it still really is your BIG DAY! We're celebrating our destination wedding anniversary as our "real" anniversary date as well. Good luck with everything and best of luck with the planning! The day and night go so fast so cherish every minute!
  3. No, I'm actually a jewelry designer but I had my destination wedding last June in Riviera Maya! I know how important (and difficult) it can be to choose the colors but yours will be amazing!
  4. Absolutely, Mich1111! That's perfect that you've been able to mix up workouts and I agree, having nicer weather gives that extra "oomph". Good for you! It's such an exciting time
  5. Such an amazing photo! Del Sol turns difficult natural elements into pure art! Fabulous photo.
  6. Hi BusyBee123! An option is always barefoot sandals! Comfortable and customizable (and great for bridesmaids)...just a suggestion!
  7. We all (my bridesmaids & I) wore barefoot jewelry for the ceremony. I wore my heels (pictured below) to the reception but my girls all stayed in their barefoot jewelry! I actually brought 3 pair of heels and only ended up wearing the 1 and the barefoot jewelry (my poor wedding coordinator brought my heels all around the resort for me!) 8. Congratulations on your wedding and best of luck with planning!
  9. Hey SouthernSweetie! I would definitely check with your photographer about the lighting. They're the experts and our photographers when we got married last June (Del Sol) actually sent us some paperwork about times they suggested for every single month for the best lighting!
  10. Congratulations and welcome to the site! It was amazing when I planned my destination wedding in Mexico last June! Prepare for lots of reading - it's all well worth it!
  11. Congratulations on just booking your wedding! Lots of fun planning ahead!
  12. Love that gorgeous fuschia, Wilsonj2! The color reallly pops against the white. Best of luck in your planning!
  13. Hey jamieirene! I think it might be a no-no to share templates because of copywright issues but here is the Aylee Bits link. She's very sweet and inexpensive. It's a quick pdf download for the template! http://www.ayleebits.com/2009/03/09/passport-invitation-template/. FedEx Office was definitely the best (and most affordable) option for the rest of the project!
