It looks like from that email if you have over 50 people you dont have to pay for the dinner to be private-is that right? Do yall know which restaurant you are going to choose?? Hi everyone~ I am actually getting married at the Riu Palace but leaving the next morning to Honeymoon at EPM. I really want to do a TTD and cant see where to fit it in while at the RPRM- I was wondering if the EPM has it's own photographer anyone has used or if I should just book a non affiliated photog? Also, it that's the case do they have any rules against me bringing in an outside vendor for an hour or so? Any info is appreciated!!

Thanks Josie- That sounds ok probably if they are a family/friend and can pass as a guest, but I would be scared to get caught with an obvious local So keep me updated on what you find out. When I emailed the WC for their policy she kind of avoided the question and just gave me the link for Calypso the resort photog.

Josie- are you giving the DJ a song list to play, and are you having a traditional first dance and father daughter? I remember reading somewhere that we could bring an ipod and bose system, or rent their equip- is that an option? Also wondering- are most of yall bringing your own centerpieces and decorations for the dinner/reception?

I have been searching for bright pink BM dresses and found different dresses @ Jcrew but can't tell if they are actually bright pink- The options are 1) Bright Rhubarb 2)tea rose 3)light flamingo. If anyone has any actual pics of these colors or has seen them your opinion would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Katie I love the shoes! are you gonna stay in them all night or switch for the reception? Desiree- Was your photographer Juan Carlos? Was he there for some getting ready pics? Did he edit any of the pics to remove people from the background? - I have been looking for a photographer but it just seems a lil silly to lose that in the package we have already paid for and the extra fees if the resort photog is good. Im not doing any engagemnet pics or bridals so I Really want Very Good wedding pics. I would love your input!

Are any of you getting good group discounts or reduced rates for having a large group book? I haven't been offered any by my travel agent and now am wondering if I should have all my guests book through a different TA that can offer some sort of large group special (or even get my room discounted?)

Jenn thanks for the step-by-step! I have a PC and am going to try it now. I have the music working- I bought my songs from itunes, and converted them to MP3 files- then I saved them to the desktop so I could find them easily and uploaded them to the website- They worked great. Im not sure if you have to purchase them from itunes but for .99 it might be worth a shot.
