    Hello

Congrats and welcome. I am sure the forum will be helpful for you...only 2 weeks away! So exciting!
  6. Congrats and welcome!! There is a ton of info and Dream brides. Good luck and happy planning!
  7. Those are so cute!! Love the train and cornfield shots!!
  8. I personally think it is cute, especially once it fits you better! And honestly, can you beat that deal?!? No way!! Good find for a cute dress!
  9. OMG!! I am soooo sorry girl!! Some people cannot thinkk about anyone but themselves. This is a time where everything should be about YOU!!! It is your wedding and it is their job to support you at this important time! I cannot believe her!! You vent to us whenever you want girl!!
  10. Awe, the little girl is so lucky to have found you and your mom!!! I would definitely find out about the chip, although sounds like that is unlikely. We adopted a pup (not really a pup but i like to call him that) a few months back. There are so many dogs and cats that need homes it is so sad!! I would be the same as you, wanting my mom to keep her at least until you found a suitable home for her. The breed specific rescues are great, but non-kill rescues are also just as great. We have several in our area that do not cost anything. Good luck and i truly hope your mom keeps her. She sounds so sweet!!!
  11. I am soooo sorry to hear about your aunts ordeal, and then this on top of it all?!? Definitely sounds like all of them deserve to get away from reality for a little bit. I am also a BRB bride and have a few relatives who have younger children. One of which is in the wedding and made a big deal about not having children there. In the end it is your day and I am sure you will work it all out. I too would be a bit nervous having a stranger watch my young children in a strange county. With that said, since the ceremony is only 10-15 mins long, how long between your ceremony and dinner? Would there be enough time to fit that in for them, just to let them stay for part of the reception? Not sure if the rule states they can only attend the ceremony or if it is for an hour and everything that can fit into that hour. Just another option. I would ask Keisha if there is some other way, i know spending extra money just for 3 is hard to handle...but is an option. Good luck, we are all here for ya!
  12. My FH and I are the same height, so I didn't want to wear "heels", but i also did not want to go barefoot since my dress is somewhat long. I found some cute white flip flops that have a decent wedge on them. I found them on clearance since it is the end of the summer season!
  13. Your pictures are gorgeous!! I love your dress. Looks like you had a ton of fun...and romance!
  14. This would be a perfect time to get school supplies. For our two boys going into middle school we ended up spending a total of $15 for all their school supplies (that is total, minus backpacks). Last week they had spiral notebooks on sale for a penny. Good luck!
  15. OMG, that is such an absolutely gorgeous dress!!! I agree with the other girls in that it will truly depend on where, when, and even that particular day! It looks like it will be somewhat light at least the top. Good luck, cannot wait to see pics!
