  1. I was just there this weekend, and they had packing lists, travel journals and travel themed playing cards for 25 cents!
  2. Have you tried Group USA? My girls are choosing their own dresses (in black) and one got her dress there. Group USA: Home
  3. I got my wedding band on Thursday! My e-ring is really a band (I didn't want a diamond that stuck up high, so FI got me a 5 diamond band as my e-ring), so it was hard to find a matching band, but we were able to find a band with 10 small diamonds that lined up exactly with the 5 bigger diamonds on my e-ring! FI is getting my name tattooed on his ring finger as his band because he doesn't wear any jewelry on his hands, so I'm just going to get him a cheap plain gold band for the ceremony & pictures. I also ordered our invitations...I was planning on making them over spring break this week (I'm a teacher), but after reminding myself how long it took me to make my save the dates, I decided to order them. Now I'm working on the OOT bags and choosing our cruise excursions so I can tell my TA (she's putting together our cruise brochures for us). I'm going to go to Michael's to see if I want to attempt making my own bouquets this week, and if I decide not to, I'll be placing my order for those.
  4. That dress, with a sweetheart neckline, would be PERFECT! It fits you like a glove, and is gorgeous!
  5. Just sent you an e-mail for pics. :-)
  6. We have 13 guys, most single, booked for the cruise. I was thinking about these for the guys too.
  7. eBay Store - Yesss-i-do weddings: silk wedding bouquets flowers bridesmaids maid of honor toss, Boutonnieres, Corsages They aren't Real Touch....I'm totally not a flower person and probably won't even keep them so I wanted to go with something inexpensive that still looked nice. The real touch flowers I saw were around $100 for just a bride's bouquet and a bout. I am getting all of this for $146.99 plus $23.95 shipping: 1 Bride's Round bouquet (9-10" round) 4 Bridesmaids bouquets (8" round) 1 toss bouquet (7" round) 1 Groom's boutonniere 4 groomsmen boutonnieres 2 Fathers boutonnieres 2 Mothers corsages

I bought my bridesmaid's gifts. My colors are white, black and red. My dress is white with a red sash and my girls are wearing black dresses. I chose the red because I'm wearing my late grandmother's diamond & ruby jewelry as my "something old." What's left: Invitations Wedding Bands Shoes Veil Favors OOT bags Flowers Finding a hairstylist and makeup artist who will come to my house very early in the morning Crossed some more things off the list! Got my shoes, veil and found my hairstylist & makeup artist! I actually have my trial this Saturday. They're going to come to my house at 6 am to do hair & makeup for me, my mom, and my bridesmaids, so we can be off to the cruise port by 9:30. I also found the e-bay seller for my flowers, and have an idea for my invitations and favors. I forgot to add alterations to the "what's left" list the first time, but that's something I need to do soon. How's everyone else doing?
  9. How cute! What a great way to incorporate your babies in your day!
  10. I absolutely LOVE this dress! I even have it saved on my e-bay watch list! I already have my wedding dress, but I was thinking about ordering this dress as it's shown (in red) for our at home reception because our colors are red, white and black. I can't wait to see your pics...you're going to look amazing in it!
  11. I just sent a request (Melissa E). There's no "send message" option on the page.
  12. I'm in North Jersey, but we're getting married in Manhattan. My friend is my TA. She's not a full time TA, but if you want her info, let me know. She's been so helpful!
  13. I've been alternating. On our save the date cards, I put my name first, but on the magnets, his is first. His is also first on our website. Mine will be first on our invitations.
  14. Those are wonderful! I wanted to make them, but I'm not sure mine would turn out so professional looking!
  15. They're all nice...I think I like the 3rd best though.
  16. Hi Kiki! Congrats and welcome! You'll find everything you want to know here. I'm from NJ too...getting married in NYC on the Carnival Miracle.
