We did a registry through Carnival and one at Bed, Bath & Beyond because people who couldn't come to the wedding asked us to. We've had 2 of our sailing guests (we have both sailing & non-sailing guests) buy us things off of our Carnival registry so far. I also had a sailing guest ask if I'd rather cash or credit on our Sign & Sail account. We made it clear that we were not expecting gifts from our sailing guests, however, they are choosing to give them anyway.

LeAnne, so sorry about your loss. I can't imagine losing my mother on my wedding day....what a horrible thing for her daughter to have to go through! I missed 2 weeks too. Last week I forgot, and this week I was at the dentist both Friday and Saturday....I thought (and hoped!) it was just a toothache, but it turned out to be an infection and I needed a root canal :-( He also wants to take my wisdom teeth out, but I told him I'm getting married in less than 2 months and I refuse to have a puffy face for my wedding!

We have a non-sailing guest limit of 50 people. We aren't charged for children 7 and under, but they do count towards our limit. It all depends on your venue.

My water bottles shipped today! I originally ordered red with black imprinting, but they contacted me a few days later and told me that the black imprint wouldn't show up correctly and asked if I would mind changing to a white imprint. I told them to go ahead with the white, and thanked them for letting me know rather than going with what I thought I wanted and disappointing me! I'll post a picture when they come in...can't wait to see them :-)

Lots of people don't even change their names when they get married, so I doubt there's a time limit for it. I'm pretty sure you can go and change it whenever you want as long as you have your marriage certificate.

Is it $3 for both packages of luggage tags or each? How much for shipping for the disposable cameras and the luggage tags to 07002? Thanks!

How do the laminating pouches work? Are they the ones you have to heat?

I used VistaPrint and thought they came out great, but I didn't put a design or anything on them.

What a great idea! If I wasn't doing a cruise wedding, this would definitely be something I would get!

I ordered these large drawstring backpacks from Oriental Trading. I got black, but I couldn't find it on the site this time. They're $24.99 for a dozen. I'm having 21 guests, so I let my fiance take one to test out before the wedding. He's been using it to take his lunch and things to work every day for the past month and a half, and it still looks brand new...so I'd say the quality is great, especially for a $2 bag! I was planning on getting them only for the guys, but since I'm having 13 guys and 8 girls, I didn't want to buy 2 dozen and have 11 left over so I am using them for all of the bags. We only have 5 couples, so I'm doing 5 couple bags and will throw an extra drawstring backpack in the bag for the 2nd person.

I have a 9 year old boy (my cousin) coming. My aunt said he likes arts & crafts kits, flip flops, funky sunglasses, madlibs and anything you can put together....so that's what I've been looking for. I also have my 19 year old brother, his 2 best friends (they grew up together so they're like my brothers too...otherwise they wouldn't be coming), and an 18 year old male cousin coming. I'm going to put guy's body wash and body spray into the teen guy's bags because they're always making sure they smell good. The only other thing I can think of that teens are really into is music...but I'm sure they wouldn't be traveling without their music. I know my brother would rather die than leave the house without his ipod. I'm mostly just giving them what the rest of the group is getting in their bags....but maybe you mean younger teens. I know teen girls like magazines and journals...cool colored pens (I'm a HS teacher & the girls are always borrowing my colored pens lol). Maybe get them a starter scrapbook and an underwater camera.

I paid for his....$9 on e-bay lol. He's paying for his wedding band tattoo (his idea). He doesn't want to wear a wedding band, but I insisted he have one to exchange for the ceremony so I got a gold plated one from e-bay. Before he told me about the tattoo, both bands were going to come from the wedding budget. He said he'd pay for the tattoo, so we had extra money for other wedding things :-)

Here are my shoes (Dikuza Geri)! The picture just doesn't do it justice. The crystals shimmer with every step! There are also crystals on the heel. I absolutely love these shoes, and the fact that I got them for $200 OFF the original price! I originally bought red shoes with rhinestones, but then saw these and fell in love.

I used one of the designs they had available. We didn't do a monogram or have one done, so I just used the graphic of the palm trees with waves and put "Melissa & Robby's Wedding Cruise" on top and "August 19-27, 2010" on the bottom. I think it will look nice.
