How come you are sending them so early? Our wedding planner and paperwork had specific time lines for everything to be mailed in. We were married in january at beaches(our paperwork said sandals/beaches, so I think its the same type of paperwork) and our paper work could not arrive more than 60 days before our wedding date and could only be notarized up to 90 days prior or something like that. So we got everything notarized the first week of november and sent everything the second week. I would def double check your paperwork guidelines. Our wedding planner was very stern about the time line because the paperwork can technically expire etc

We did sent them certified through the usps. With delivery confirmation and required a signature. They got there just fine!

V they came out sooooooooo awesome! I know how stressed you were but these are perfect! Your guests will love them!!

I have all her videos and love to rotate thru them all. I did no more trouble zones last nnight and no matter how many times u do it. Its still a killer!

We did the group code because you get an automatic room upgrade and if you get enough rooms you get a free cocktail hour and if you decide not to do that you can get a discount on your room purchase. I absolutely LOVED all of my clay flowers and my bouquet! It sits in my guest room and I get to look at it everyday! It was EXACTLY what I wanted. I highly suggest them! I purchased mine off of Etsy from FentonFlorals . She is amazing to work with. If you check out my planning thread you can see all of the flowers I had and in my siggy is my bouquet. We traveled from slc to nyc to turks & caicos and back and the flowers are in perfect condition. I carried my bouquet in a duffle bag on the flight. All the rest of our flowers were in our suitcases. You could drop these and they would be fine.. its more like dont throw them, full force to concrete and expect them to be ok. Hope this helps. PM with questions!

HI there! Welcome to the forum! I was married at Beaches T&C in January! We absolutely loved it! We did not go with the Martha Stewart Packages. We just could not see spending the money. THe scenery there is decoration itself. Absolutely beautiful. We did not do a private dinner through them either for the extra $75 a person. We stuck with the beautiful beginnings which was great and then we had the wedding planner there set up our rehearsal and reception dinner at one of the restaurants which was very private and fabulous! We had our own wait staff and our own section of the restaurant and patio. It was really beautiful. We also hired tropical imaging and this is HIGHLY SUGGESTED! Beaches photographers are no where near capable of the pictures that tropical imaging can give you for your magical day! Our day was fabulous and unforgettable. Please pm me with any questions. French village is in the back end of the resort, pretty quiet. and the caribbean village is pretty quiet. and pretty to central to everything. Yah to me Beaches is def not commercial.At first I was slightly worried about it. That quickly passed. Its gorgeous location, gorgeous beach, beautiful wedding locations. The whole nine... and we only saw two other weddings and that is about it. Good luck and enjoy planning!!
