Most people wait to see if they get better deals. I had 6 people book in November and our wedding is in January and all the rest booked last February when I knew and they knew the prices would be the lowest. People are people and you cant do anything to get them to book. Most people get frustrated that the prices continue to go up. I tried to let them all know numerous times that... the earlier they book the better and you can always cancel! But only a few listened!

Omg I just found the CUTEST AND MOST PERFECT shoes!! And I cant find them anywhere! they are the Juicy "frankie" sandal in off white size 10! they are sold out everywhere. I would even do the pink.
