HI ladies! We flew to Turks and Caicos for our wedding in January on Delta and American Airlines. Carrying the dress was not an issue AT ALL!! So dont stress. Everyone was also very nice to hang it up for me!

Hi there! So my dress was also pretty bulky on the bottom and I had purchased a 60" garment bag and it didnt even fit in there. I ended up using the garment bag it came in from the store I bought it from. I was able to hang it for all the flights but on the way home I did fold it, which put HORRIBLE wrinkles in it that 3 hours of steaming could not get out! I know a couple of girls brought their dress to their dress shop and had them properly arrange it in a suitcase, is this a possibility for you? I think the mis matched dresses look awesome! I agree...I say give them a color or color palette and have them go choose. Or I know if you tell them a specific color and send them to Davids.. they have a ton of dresses to choose from and you know the color will match.but each will have a dress that will compliment them! Everything will look fab!

I had my husbands ring engraved with our wedding date and an inside joke between us. My ring is not engraved. I agree with your FI. Your guests are coming to your wedding but they are also going on vacation. They def. dont want their entire trip planned, ya know? Wedding day is a different story. Just go with the flow, relax, and enjoy!

New Moon comes out March 20th in the states! and there is suppose to be a 7 minute preview of eclipse on the dvd!!!!!!!! I have been secretly watching New moon online (bootleg)! Island bride the books are a zillion times better than the movies! You should read them.. they are amazing.. you are missing out!
