The clay flowers are very hard to break. if you smash them on the ground.. yes they will break but they are really hard to break. I can not wait to get them!!!

I purchased my maggie dress (Harriet) at the end of March and the sales woman at the store said it would be in by mid July/early august! I cant wait to get it. Now you all have me thinking about removing the back panel, that seems like a great touch.I will have to see! I am also thinking about losing a layer or two of toile. But Im not sure I will decide when I try it on again. I wont be getting my alterations done until nov/dec. I will take pics when it comes in July though!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MAGGIE SOTTERO!!!! I came across her dresses some how about two years ago before I was engaged!!When I went dress shopping this march... I ended up purchasing my Maggie dress... the HARRIET Harriet - by Maggie Sottero It was not ever one of my choices but it was the first dress I tried on and I kept going back to it. My runner up was the Ireland! Perfect for a beach wedding. But I told myself I wouldnt change my dress just because I was getting married on the beach.

We are having an almost married reception/jack and jill party this August back home in ConnecticutT(where I was born and raised) for everyone who can not come and everyone who can come, then we are getting married in January in turks and caicos, and then next feb/march we will be having a reception in Utah for all of those who cant make it to Turks from Utah. We didnt put anything on our STD or invties for turks. If people want to give us something they will do so at the receptions! We are also registered. We dont expect anything from anyone, especially flying to turks for us!!

Im for sure carrying my bouquet. As for boutonnieres and mothers bouquets I will probably pack those or carry all of them in our carry on bags! I dont think it should be a problem carrying them. There is no exposed wire as they are covered in clay and the only wire portion technically is the stem. Im very happy with all of the outcomes so far she is doing an amazing job!!!!!

can you forward me those threads? I can not find them... We are doing a 4pm ceremony followed by an added 3hr. reception starting at 530pm with which will basically be a cocktail hour with dj and all the norm wedding stuff. I was under the impression you couldnt get married in the morning and have the reception at night but I may be completely wrong. You should def. consider hiring Tropical Imaging for your photos. After your ceremony.. especially if you are going to get married in morning and reception at night.. they will take you and your bridal party, parents etc off property to get some amazing pictures. I am also surprising my fiance dallas with a boudoir book. Which I will be doing my session with them on the thursday before my wedding!

I am having a reception with passed h'oerdves (sp?) and were hiring a dj etc. Its an extra amount of money but its worth it. The basic package comes with a 30 min reception. Def not long enough for me.

susan and mo where did you find towels to be personalized?! I have been looking ALLLLL over! And I cant find anything that I like that will use our monogram! HELP!

march132010 where did you find luggage tags and passport covers? Are they personalized? Im doing OOT boxes, should I still be handing out favors as well? I was thinking about throwing personalized t-shirts with our theme and/or shot glasses in every OOT box for each person! any opinions?

Hey again. No you can not use outside photographers or any vendors for that matter. We are going for pictures before our wedding! and then there are beaches photographers who take photos during your ceremony and reception and the entire time you are there as well. And you can purchase which ever ones you want! Sort of like a cruise. We are doing the extending reception and will be hiring the beaches dj or steel drum band.. not sure!!
