    I haven't fully decided yet, but I think I'm going to walk down the aisle to Pachabell Cannon in D played on steel pan. Since I couldn't fit a live steel pan player into the budget, I'm going to use pre-recorded on a CD or iPod.

    Great thread ladies! My BD pics aren't until early March, but I just know that the time is going to fly by!! Love the link to the website that showed the before and after pics...WOW!!

    What about going to a local craft store and buying a few stems? You can just cut them or take the heads off and give them to the resort to add on to the cake. Michaels, AC Moore and JoAnn Fabric always have coupons (just sign up on their website) which helps keep the cost down!

    I wish I could speak from experience about Mexico, but we're having our wedding in St. John USVI and our fire dancers are about $400.

    I love the group shot idea! I definitely would like to do it and our guest list will probably be around 30-36 ppl.

    WOW....that's quite the hint for a gift!!! My parents are helping us quite a bit and FIL's haven't said or done anything yet to help financially. If anything, I think we'll do photo book or something like that.

    Although I'm not a St. Thomas bride, I am a St. John bride! We set our ceremony for 4:30 p.m. Although I much prefer the water that brilliant turquoise blue color, I just couldn't imagine having to get up so early to get ready for a morning ceremony!
