Just an FYI, have your TA look through other travel companies. If you are booking through Apple or Go-Go, there might be another that still has rooms. Like Travel Impressions. It's just like with airfare. These companies 'hold' a bunch of rooms, and then sell them at the discounted rate. (it's always cheaper than booking straight through the hotel) have her/him check. My sister is our TA and that's her advice. Good luck!

I don't know if videos can be uploaded. But thank you for the video, I counted the rows and how many I 'think' can fit across and it' looks like 4-5 per row, and 6 on each side. That's 60 poeple and 9 standing for the bridal party =) I'll keep my fingers crossed, if not we move out to the gazebo in the shopping center, not what I wanted, but I can't re-build the chapel =)

FYI...just found out that the chapel holds 40 people...UGH!!!! I am asked how many additional chairs can be added. I REALLY REALLY wanted the chapel, but we have an estimated 70...is it rude to have people stand for a 20 minute ceremony? don't be shy...I take advice well =)

CLARIFICATION on the Restaurants My quesion I am just looking for some clarification. On the 2010 packages it mentions the Italian Restaurant. I assume this is an A/C indoor restaurant. Karla's Answer Let me clarify: The old Tropical restaurant (not a/C, outdoor restaurant) has now become the new Italian Restaurant “Don Alfredoâ€. For organizational reasons at the moment the Italian Restaurant is an air conditioned restaurant (at this moment, it is located at the Gourmet restaurant location), but it is intended to be move to the location where the Tropical (not air conditioned restaurant is located) used to be. I know it is kind of confusing. If the information is not clear, let me know… and I will try to be more specific, if I can.. hahahaha (hope so)

What about a mailbox type of thing for the table. That way once it's in, you can't just walk by and grab it out. The next thing to think about would be, traveling with such a thing. I am wondering the same...
