It has all the wedding details and flowers and cake...and the goods.

Meli - We all hear you on the RSVP thing...it's just plain RUDE!!!! I will never forget to RSVP in the future. It has definitley taught me a lesson. =) Sammyhawk - Welcome! And thanks =)

Thanks Ladies, the dress was brought to me and I fell in love at the salon. Then my mom and sis cried...so that was it =) When I tried it on last week and only needed the hem...I knew it was meant to be. I want to buy a plane ticket so it can sit next to me on the trip down. =) But I'll just keep visitng it up in the front hanger section instead ;-) Diana- I am sitll laughing about the "the white one" I thought the same thing. So the boys are getting measured tomorrow and we will be ordering the pants and shirts and suits for dads by the weekend...cutting it close. It's my fault for giving the Fiance ONE thing to go. =) HaHa Hope everyone in the North East survived the storm this weekend. I had my sister with me because she is still out of power, since Saturday night and expected to come back Wed. =( Soooo...other than that...things are on schedule!!! How's everyone else.

Custom Linen Suits $99!

As promised, sorry it took so long -
Shell, I would also look around this website. Lots of GREAT and not so great reviews, but those are what help us make such important decisions when we can't meet them face to face. When I first started I made an excel spreadsheet of prices and what it includes. I don't think you have enough points to view it, so PM me if you would like me to email it to you. Good Luck!

Cara - I completely agree. I am in a traditional dress. But it's Tafetta and very light, with a simple look. Here is a pic =)

Diana - What type of music do you like We are HUGE Dave Matthews fans and we chose a song off the new album last year and now it's rated one of the top 10 this year...which really annoys me lol! The Knot just sent the email UGH! We didn't go traditional and it ends up being popular... I guess that's our luck!

Well since I am an Iberostar bride, I will vote Iberostar...it's a wonderful resort and the 5 hotels on site are great. They are so accomodating and a really good chain. Good luck deciding!

Leah - I had asked Karla and she wrote it would probably take 15-20 minutes for the walk through at the Chapel. I had assumed that she would be there, did she say to you she wouldn't. I will follow up with an email...I don't want to direct everyone either =) hehe I totally hear you on "Say Yes To The Dress" But some of those dresses they push on the girls are not really the 'right' ones. I like the David Tutera show...My Fair Wedding =)

Diana - congrats on the puppy YEAH!!! I hear you about the vet, I always look at the bill and say "You charged me $25 for what? and $75 for something else", and the BEST is $68 for lab processing that is done ON SITE. UGH! I hope your puppy gets healthier so your wallets get healthier ;-) JT3 - so sorry to hear about your brother. Sometimes they are like that, they need a swift kick in the butt to say, "It not about you...it's about me, your sister" I had to do that once to my brother, but he's keeping mum now =) KT - that's great about dance lessons, we did the same and started slacking off around the holidays. We need to get back into it. Are you doing something choreographed? Or just the basics? I love watching the You Tube videos of wedding entrances and first dances...so original!

Luciel - When you went yesterday, did you see a gray/silver solid or paisley? Not that it's a far trek, but before I hopped on the subway during my lunch break I just wanted to confirm. Thanks =)

Custom Linen Suits $99!
finleys7 replied to FoxyBride's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
Veronica - I am glad it fit. I am still working on the pictures..I haven't had time to upload =( We should be ordering more by week end, we need to order the dad's suits, and GMs pants and linen shirts. -
So I gave the FI a list of the To Do things and he was not happy. He wants to be involved in everything, but I don't think he knew what everything was. So far we still need to finish up the fan programs and put them together, order the totes and contents for the OOT bag, finish up the welcome letter, get flower girl dress, order the GM pants and dads suits, get parents gifts and readers gifts, find bags for the favors, make thank you tags for the favors, make the table cards and finish up seating arrangments, amongst other things. But most important is finding out what needs to be paid in cash and what we can use the travelers checks for... My florist FINALLY got back to me...raised the price...and now has dropped it again. So I am waiting for his mock-up centerpiece =) UGH!

Emmers - We are doing a rehearsal dinner the night before at 6 pm. We are acutally doing the rehearsal at the chapel at 6 and eating at 6:30 pm. We have booked the Japanese. We are only inviting the bridal party, parents, immediate family and readers. We have a total of 29 people, so that would be two tables worth at the Japanese.

I also had a friend like KH, but she (the photographer) helped me as well. At one point all three of us were trying to hook the garter onto the thigh highs...I couldn't do the back =) By mid shoot I was topless (in jeans only), with a hand covering in shots, so you get completely comfortable. They'll help...

Ladies, I am so sorry about the bail outs. =( Really stinky. I had a friend who was bringing his guitar down and playing our wedding song (first dance). Not only does he not call to say he's not coming, his GF wrote the RSVP with no note or anything. So I texted him (because I would have cursed had it been a phone conversation) and said, 'so I got your RSVP, guess your not singing at our wedding'. He writes back, 'I am so sorry, I want to call you to explain, I hate my like write now, things are so busy.' Did he call....Nooooo. Whatevs...everyone who is coming wants to be there =)

Did you girls get Disks with your pics? I have found a new photographer but most don't want to include the disks. As a graphic design this is a deal breaker for me. She actually didn't do a disc, she zipped all the pics and also uploaded them onto an ordering site that was $.29 for 4x6. Not bad, I printed them all and duplicates of the ones for the album. I will have the zip file forever, so that to me was enough. My engagment photos are on disc, which I agree makes it much easier.

Leah, It must be a relief to cross things off the list. I know the tiny things are a big weight, because those little items can creap back up on us. That's great that you are working out, I agree with the tightening part. It's not so much I want to loose weight, but more of toning since over 70 people (friends and family) will be seeing me. Oh well, most of them see me at the beach over the summer so, it's really his side ;-) I can't belive it, it's so close and we leave in 48 days...Woo Hoo!!!! Wow- I really need to get some stuff done =) lol Did you have your dress fitting yet? Amy - How about you...how's everything going? The AHR
