Oh Boy the Bachelorette outfit is a pain in my neck too! My sister said wear pink...so everyone is scrambling...but I really haven't seen anything in pink I like. UGH! I keep saying "oh next weekend or over the week" and it's not really the case anymore. I don't have a free weekend left. Next weekend is Easter, then bachelorette/bachelor parties, then a charity outing and then the last weekend before we leave monday the 26th, if I am packing that weekend....so help me God!

Tara, my sister is our travel agent, so I lucked out. But she did the block of rooms. We asked a certain few to book early so they could hold the rate for others. We needed 10 rooms booked, (so about 20 people) and then the rates were set. People can travel whenever they like and can leave from whichever airport fits them. Some are doing JFK, some Newark and I have family coming from IN, so they are leaving from Indianapolis.

Kayley and Diana - you are brave..I would buy a fake e-ring just so I don't feel naked and then the thought of "OMG- where is my ring" Oh right it's at the jeweler. Um...so 1 month countdown begins today. We leave a month from today. OMG!!!! So much to do still, but I am remaining calm. I bought my girls silver flip flops yesterday from Old Navy, I am just throwing them in the bag. I got them Coach wristlets, pashminas, starfish necklaces (that one BM made) and flips...that's it Plus they get the OOT bags everyone else gets, plus rafts. Only bridal party and parents got rafts. I found the raft mats for $2.47 each...so I go 20 I found a picture of something similar to what I tried on yesterday...we'll hopefully go back on Sunday. We are going to the city to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. Oh Boy!

Karen - I totally love them. Will your band sit flush with the ring...it looks like it was made together...very nice, it's perfect. I like your FIs too=) I am looking at one that looks like a chanel bands but rivets where the diamonds are...I'll try and find a pic =)

Diana - thanks for the link...I think that's the one my FMIL was talking about. That would be soooo worth it, instead of paying for another mani. =) YEAH!

KH - I LOVE THEM, theay look so good =) Agreed about the pedi before we leave and a mani down there, but I definitely will try this new stuff! I went wedding band shopping in the diamond district in the city today on my lunch break, this is sooooo exciting. Did you girls get your bands yet? Any picutres??

We ordered the Dads and GMs suits. The GM are only wearing the pants, but for $99 it's a steal so they got the whole suit anyway. My FI is in Beige Linen, the GM in English Beige and the Dad's in Dark Beige. I can't wait to see them. The measurements were a comedy sketch for sure...the front rise and back rise are too funny for the tailor =) Hope everyone is well and doing well planning.

Hi ladies...I have been away from the forum for a few days, I feel lost. KH and Diana I really hope things pan out. I hate that you are going through this. It's not fair and people need to think about the big picture... Purpleshells and Chrissy...it is sneaking up on us. I just looked at my countdown and I am 39 days till I do and 34 days till we leave. Wow. I got the prototype back for my flowers, I will post it last or tomorrow...so excited about the centerpieces, he did a great job. =) Slowly but surely... Oh and I don't about some of your spa prices...but a mani was like $70 and THAT IS CRAZY. So I was told about this UV polish, it's about 20 bucks and stays for 2 weeks, it's not tips or gels...it's a polish...it might be something to look into. I am going to search my salons to inquire....I'll keep you posted!!!

Anyone getting negative feedback from the violence in Mexico right now We had one person cancel, but it was a family friend's guest and we didn't know her. The only one of the 74 we didn't know =) So no harm no foul.

Leah, I am so glad you got a nice shower at work. That is really sweet of your co-workers. People will always surprise us =) I can't wait to see a picture of your dress...I am sure it is perfect for you. We had our first cancellation due to the violence in Mexico (west coast) but she was someones guest so it's okay...we didn't even know her. Other than that...things are GREAT!

Agreed with Karen. I didn't even have props or jewelry. I went all natural. =) The only shot with a prop was my in jeans and a Yankees hat...other than that, it was lingerie and me. =) Good luck, you will be great! Just relax, have fun and be confident!!!

Diana - I agree with KH. I would ask the FI to have his family mention that it will cost you $100 pp to come to the wedding because they are staying off the resort. My sister was my travel agent and she didn't even offer the other resorts when booking. I think 1 or 2 asked, and she said, it will cost my sister more to have you come to this resort, and everyone will be at the other resort....I got lucky. I hope this gets sorted out, this is not just an extra few hundred we are talking about, it sounds like much more for you =(

Hi all, I had my BD shoot in February and it was awesome. I wanted to give a nice little shout out to my photographer and the photographer of many girls on this site. Jennifer Rozenbaum - from jenerations.com Beautiful and Affordable Photography She is unbelievable and has such an artistic eye. She was a delight to work with and makes you feel so comfortable which is a very big part for such a photo shoot. If on a scale from 1-10, she's a 12! Great photographer, great prices, great personality and great results...you can't ask for anything better! Go book =)
