FI and I sometimes have to spend weeks apart (Sucks but sometimes that his job) But I always know where he his, so I understand where your coming from. I agree- It's gotten out of control. Put your foot down and let them know this isn't how it works, at least not between the two of you.

wow!! Those exact same mugs at those 2 sites I found at the dollar store for $1.25! But this way you wont have to worry about putting a label on it. lol! vegas does look fun.. but I think I could do 3 days and be good to go home as I am not a gambler. The shows look amazing!! Oh yes a group that is coming to our wedding stayed at the exact same resort last year in April, they said they would definitely return. And the beach was just as beautiful as Varadero. The food was much better then the Melia we had all stayed at the year before that. I think you picked a great resort. Yup I sooo want to go to Mexico. Actually when I was planning the wedding and looking everywhere for resorts, the 1 place I wasn't allowed looking was Mexico (FI rule) so it makes me want to go even more now.

I just came back from Walmart and I found the $5 bathingsuits. They had xs top, but only a small bottom. Made it look like I pooped in my bottoms lol . I didn't bother getting them. I give up on that idea

I heard the beach isn't as nice.. it's mostly all coral and rocks.. is that true for Mayan River? because I still want to go to mexico one day soon.. the FI not so much so it's more of 'convincing him' kind of thing, I need to go with some good points when it's time lol I did hear the food in Mexico is pretty much the best food in all inclusive resort when comparing to Cuba,DR and Mexico.

are you going to Varadero? If so I can honestly tell you the beach is heavan I heard from ppl who have gone to both and say the beach are almost the same. I just hope the food is good. Your staying at Melia you should be fine for food (I've stayed at an Melia in Varadero)

I'm not sure how many people believe in ground hog day but they seen him yesteday so only 6 more weeks of winter. Which means when when we all come back it should be a little warm. I was in Cuba last dec. and it was pretty nice no snowing(back home), untill we came back and got hit by a snow storm that night with no winter jacket lol. But the weather was crap in Cuba for our first 4 days. I have a feeling DR will be much different and much warmer. May I ask how you decided on which island you were goin to go for your wedding (all you girls) I've only ever been to Cuba never DR.

Meghan, That's great to hear!!!! I'm like you where I don't have weight to lose but a lot of toning. With the Wii it's been doing it's job I definitely see some results. I've just got to keep it up. I admire you for having the engery to go with a trainer.. keep up the good work girls!!

Unless of course no one minds whether or not their labels are water proof (I just figured it be better incase someone touches the labels with wet hands, the ink would run on the label,no?) or does the spay can thingy do the trick for water proofing as well?!

OMG!! I just feel in love all over again... with your shoes!!!!!! they are to die for and I am not a big shoe person. I love maimi!!!!! I've been once and did buy a pair of shoes. You lucky girl you!!! Love the make up and the vail and the purse.. you'll be rocking on your wedding. Good for you for getting a lot done. I know the feeling of always feeling like there is a ton left to do. Definitely can't wait untill wedding anything is over with.

lol I made sure that our party was on the same night as well. I didn't want to be at home wondering what the FI was doing. I'll be to busy to wonder! I'm so excited just to get out and not think of wedding for a night (it's definitely been awhile since I had a night out)

I made the label my self. Then went and got it printed on sticky label paper. Book protecter: It's sticky on one side you have to peel the back off (your school never made you bring your books home to cover them? ) this is the stuff we use to use. You wont have a hard time finding it.. It's just called 'book protector' it says on the paper 'removable self-adhesive vinyl-covers 2-3 books' lol hope this helps.

I tried everything.. from laminating the label and then using double sided tape.. the lamination was to strong (and I used the thinnest one.. 3mm) So I tried cement clue.. this glue is way to hard to work with especially with plastic mugs. So I went back to staples and got them to print my labels on sticky back side paper. I stuck them on the mug and used book protector over it to make it water proof. I've washed the mug (by hand) and it works. I still have to work on them to get the book protector more even at the bottom where it starts to go round. Hard to tell.. but it says 'mint to be' I will put mints in them.. was just to show and I had M&M in the cupboard lol.

We are not allowed dancing or have music at the a la cart restaurant on the resort where our dinner is taking place. So what I planned was... eat dinner then we are heading to the beach for a private reception party.. we will be introduced then and have our first dance followed by bride/father groom/mother. Anyone think this is crazy?
