I am sorry for the double post, but I just wanted to update everyone if anyone cares that I did finally receive replacement pashminas. It was cut pretty close to the day I had to leave for the shower (I left on Saturday and got the box Friday night). However, I did end up with them in my possession, so that's the good news. Despite Joseph being able to help me out in the end (and I do appreciate that), I would still not recommend people do this. If you order straight from the site, you can still get a good deal and will be less likely to end up in a pickle. Just my two cents.

Just a further warning for anyone doing this in the future... I STILL do not have the correct order. I am reiterating my first warning to those of you skeptical of this to NOT do a group order unless you are prepared to be disappointed. I spent $116 on these and still do not have what I ordered, and I'm leaving in 2 weeks for the shower I was supposed to give these out for. Not happy at all.

I received mine today. They are the wrong color and wrong amount, but hopefully Joseph will get back to me soon. No offense, but I think it's better to just do a single order if you have a good amount to purchase. I did the pricing for mine online and it worked out to be pretty close to the same price. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your work in putting everything together - I'm sure it was a lot of work, but I am a little disappointed that the wrong color was ordered for me and I wasn't told until after the shipment arrived.

I'm using destinationweddings.com They really weren't that helpful in regards to giving me information (I have since switched "specialists"). A Fairy Tale Wedding and A Dream Wedding Hawaii were the two that were recommended to me by them but I didn't choose either. My WC cost comes with the site fee for Haiku Gardens and is pretty freaking awesome, so I'm glad that I found her!

How many days has it been since they've contacted you? I know sometimes when I talk with some of the WCs it takes them up to a week to respond to me. I do not have any experience with any of those companies, but if they have your money, they should be responding to you in some way. All I can say is keep trying and if no one responds, you can always let them know that you're filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (and then do so.) I, personally, have not used any of the Hawaii wedding websites or dealt with their WCs. I am currently using destinationweddings.com which serves as a travel agent. However, they do recommend wedding companies to clients if asked. The two that were recommended to me on Oahu are: Oahu Weddings by A Fairy Tale Wedding Honolulu Hawaii and A Dream Wedding Hawaii provides Oahu, Hawaii destination wedding planning info. & coord. services I ended up using a different venue entirely, so I never really went through these WCs. However, I assume that if another company is recommending them, then they should be pretty legit. I really hope that helps out some, and I feel so bad that things aren't working out for you! Let me know how everything goes and I can try to help out if you need it.
