    Is the $55 for the buffet just for people over the 20-person limit? (Sorry if this is a dumb question!) Also, has anyone else been told there is a minimum amount of 60people to do the buffet? That's what Rebeca told me.... aaand that would be friggin expensive!!!!

    Yep, you should be paying $35 per person. That's what I was quoted! I can forward you the email if you need. Our ceremony is on Nov 16th (tuesday) at the Gazebo and reception is at Las Palmas terrace. SOOOOO pretty there! Can't friggin wait!

    Hey J, just wanted to let you know that Rebeca quoted me $35 per person for going over the limit so you might want to try to get that rate! It doesn't make sense to us either that you have to pay extra but we've just decided to suck it up and not worry about it!

    O Holy Night is such a beautiful song and definitely my fav. I'll download like 10 different versions and listen to them all over and over! Avril Lavigne does a good copy with Chantel Kreviazuk! And of course Marina McBride's version is amazing! What a set of lungs she has. So beautiful!

    The "new" tower is soooooo much nicer. Not sure how much more it is but I'm hoping to have all my guests stay there. I guess no one has gotten any upgrades? You'd think if you had so many guests coming to your wedding you might be able to get them all upgraded to the newer part...... :s

    We stayed at the GBP Coba two years ago and found the same thing, everything was pretty awesome except that we couldn't even SEE the beach let alone walk to it. Taking a trolly wasn't that big of deal but it sure changed the way the holiday felt. It would have been way nicer to stay NEAR the beach! BUT.... the Coba rooms were much nicer than the Tulum rooms (which were closer to the beach) and we also had a big jacuzzi tub which was nice.

    Hey while you're all at it, can anyone suggest a book or two that would be good for an FI who DOESN'T read?!?! I've tried and tried, but can't think of anything that might keep him entertained for long enough. He just keeps telling me to find him poker magazines.
