We're not sending out formal invitiations we've already spoke our close family and worked out the details with them already. However, there are a few close friends and extended family members that we would like to invite. Making five invitations just seems silly, so I figured I'd send out a nice email I'm not good with writing this kinda of stuff, has anybody else done it this way? Any templates that somebody is willing to share? Also, our wedding is in November, what kind of rsvp deadline should I give them? Another November 2009 bride! We're getting married in Longboat Key, Florida at the Hilton. I'm still debating on sending out invites, which I know I need to do very soon if I am going to do them. But for the most part everybody that is attending will be family. Our closest friends won't be able to attend for various reasons. Completed list: bridesmaid's dresses purchased about 1/2 way done with OOT bags hotel and plane tickets taken care of venue booked flower girls dresses picked steel drum band booked ugh after writing out what I've actually got done it doesn't seem like I've done much!

We got a great deal going through a TA because we booked over 10, so all of our guests are flying down together.

Longboat Key, Florida might be an option, we're getting married at the Hilton there. A little late but heh maybe somebody else is looking for ideas.
