erin, i'm having a bouquet sent from shavon's silks - i've seen her stuff online, and she's sending me a bouquet as a sample. I could have sworn i saw star gazers on her site, fresh real natural touch artificial silk wedding bouquet flowers , but i haven't seen the quality yet.

I'm going to have the trio for the ceremony, and then my FI thinks that we'll go the Ipod route - we have an Ihome, but I may get the Bose thing if it makes a difference in the sound quality. I haven't really given this much thought yet. If carolina gives you definite info, can you let us know what the story is?

Ebredhawk and doublevelt, I got them at the same store I got my dress, a "one stop shop" of a bridal salon. all my alterations are included, they are going to build in the spanx and those "chicken cutlet" padding so i'll have bigger boobs I guess. This process was harder than i thought! Originally I wanted navy blue, but it was so dark it looked black. So i ended up with european royal blue, which doesn't look too royal, it looks how you would expect navy blue to look like. The dress is #301, you can see it here - my sister is the MOH, we went to a shop and she tried on anything I liked that was short. JenninJamaica, my FI sounds EXACTLY like yours. I too got my TTD here for $50 and plan on sending it along to whomever would like it after. I was totally new to the concept, but it's one thing I constantly read about on here, and I think I would regret not doing it.

For those of you who have thrown rose petals at the wedding, do you think I should go with paper cones, or little bags of some sort? If you went one way over the other, was it price? DIY reasons? Do you think I should make them for each guest, or put a basket / pail type of container at the end of the aisle? We are hoping to have approx. 40 guests.

It's all completely up to you! i did a boarding pass as a STD, and then we are going to have some sort of formal invite (that, I am not making myself!) MANY have gone boarding pass then the "real invite" is the passport. Equally, some do a passport as a STD and then something else for the invite. Or vice versa, or none at all. Hopefully I've helped and not made you more confused!

I'm having a catholic ceremony at the Grand Palladium Palace (gazebo). The other gazebos for a catholic wedding would be either Dreams, Paradisus, Iberostar, NH Real Arena (chapel), Riu's, Occidental Grand and Gran Bahia Principe. That's exhaustive, but I can try and help you since I was in your shoes a few months ago!
