I got a response from Ana, The date that I wanted is not available anymore. I was asking for the 14, 15 or 16th of february 2010. I will have to find another date. I asked for a legal ceremony and she did not tell me that there is no legal ceremony on sundays...what is the truth? I'm a litle bit confused as well. I don't know how to book my date, my travel and the travel for my guests. Where do I start

I tried both. Is the package for 2010 are the ones on the Excellence web site? The same price?

I'm new to this. You are booking a wedding planner trough destinationweddings.com ? And she will arrange everything with the ressort? Is it expensive? I was thinking to do everything by my own. I 'm not familiar with this type of service. Sorry if I ask a lot of questions....

I've been looking around on the forum and I cannot find any wedding pictures from the Excellence. can someone tell me where to look? Thanks again

Hi girls, I'm new here and I'm planning on getting married in february 2010 and I'm hesitating for the resort, but Excellence seems perfect. I sent email to them twice since a week but never got a response. You seem to work a lot with Ana, does anybody have her email address? I would like to get some informations about the packages for 2010. If they could take off 850$ from the package (because we think we will book at least 7 rooms for a week) it would be great! I was looking for Paradisus as well but I think it might be over price for my guests. I was looking for Dreams la Romana also. But Excellence looks fantastic! Thanks

Hi, I'm a newbie! I'm 33 years old, been with my boyfriend for 9 years and we are planning a wedding in DR, Punta Cana or La Romana for february 2010. I did not choose the resort yet. I'm a little confused. Hope I will get some good advice here. Thank you
