When he sees you in the dress on your wedding day, different story.... then he'll love it I really don't think guys care about that, so you should pick the dress based on what you want. Good luck! I have to agree with this and add my 2 cents lol! I think the Destiny dress looks incredible on you and love the ivory color. Like Nikki said BOTH looked great on you but you definitely have to do what feels right to you..Good Luck!
  2. Totally looking forward to it! I love watching new talent!
  3. I <3 Loubies! Cant afford them lmao but them! Your shoes are amazing, congrats!
  4. I would definitely talk to them again see if they come down. I mean honestly i think they would both take the same amount of time to produce. The details on each one look fairly similar time wise. But again i might be completely wrong!... Id totally "sweetly" lol try to talk them down into reasoning..
  5. Congrats on becoming a MRS!!! Have a great time!!

Not the same but I did that with the typical PR candies
  9. Ok im really not the best person to comment lol but this happened to me so I thought Id share my thread with you.. http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...wedding-52817/. I felt super guilty about my choice right up until even the AHR! LMAO! But I know I found "the one" and when I see the pictures I always smile because it was the right choice. Good luck with your choice!

This has already been discussed in the http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...ts-here-36700/ it is my understanding that they haven't noticed much difference but some have still ordered the better quality products JIC if it was their "wedding dress".. See if you can do a search(from page 47 on) in the thread im sure something will pop up

  15. Ok just to let you guys know Ive been doing the gym in the AM and while in NY ive been doing Insanity. Im dying to try it for a whole month straight. I did however do 2 weeks of it back at the house and it was intense. It almost made me puke at one point! LOL With that said even if you think you have endurance etc and you think your in shape this program will make you rethink "how much you can take" lmao! Its amazing!!! Once i get back to NY im going to take a before and after pic and do it for the full 60 days and report back!
  16. Cindy you are like the official bargain dress hunter!

  18. Ok, YOU look amazing in your dress, I see no "fat" so it really isn't as bad as you think it is but I do understand how you feel. My suggestion is try to do simple dumb bell, resistance band or just body weight exercises that help you tone your back, ie lat row's , reverse fly's etc. If you have exercise TV there are tons of upper body toning 10-20min work outs that are amazing. If you try to go the gym way be very careful when trying to tone up your back as these muscles increase extremely easily and make zipping up the dress a living heck! Hth
  19. Yeah budget in PR is very important especially for 60+ guests Old San Juan can really get expensive. If you want an ocean view for a wedding its definitely best if you book your wedding in the same hotel your staying at since the rate will probably be best. Our venue had an ocean view and was incredible (as I said before), but with the change of management I wouldn't recommend it(although my wedding did work out perfectly in the end getting there was a PITA), but here it is http://www.escambron.com/.. Hotel El Convento is definitely beautiful and most of the places/hotels in Old San Juan will probably range around the same price but another hotel you could check into is The Gallery Inn - Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Here is a specific website on some vendors etc in PR Destination Weddings Puerto Rico. Casa Espana is another venue I am familliar with in Old San Juan. I think its absolutely breathtaking even though its not located in front of a beach Casa de España en Puerto Rico | Facebook. Another idea you may think about is also to have your rehersal dinner in Old San Juan(there are many restaurants like Barrachina and others) that offer spectacular scenery and amazing food .. Most of these places have a minimum but if you set the date to a non typical wedding day(like monday-friday and sunday) they may definitely work out the price with you.. Hope this helps you in a way.
  20. Not the original poster but what would you like out of Old San Juan?? There are a few venues here which vary from ocean views to old historical buildings etc .. My husband and I got married in the "doors" of Old San Juan in the Escambron Beach Club..
  21. Congratulations on your achievement!
  22. Yes unfortunately this is true. The only good thing though is that if you get good flight attendants they will actually place your wedding attire alone in the overhead bin. My MIL was going to have a flip out with a dude that was about to put luggage on her dress! LMAO thankfully the FA hooked her up with a bin all to herself, FI and the GM's.... Good luck!
