Save the date etiquette help!

What we did is post the info on our website, and the website is on the save the date. Close friends have asked about prices so we have discussed it with some, but we didn't include prices on the actual save the date. -

Ana sent me a form to fill out- I emailed that back to her, with a copy of the front and back of the credit card (and DL I think)- that was all she needed for my deposit. As far as the photographer- I hired Samuel Luna- we are having him stay at the hotel so we can do a TTD the next morning, so I was told we woudln't have to pay the vendor fee.

I don't think a tip is necessary either-- after all what they charge is crazy sometimes! -
Sorry, I don't have any contacts there, but have you tried calling? Sometimes that is the easiest way to get ahold of someone. Sorry you're having this much trouble.

We still haven't decided what we are going to do, but I think I want to do a "reveal" before hand and get as many of the pics done before- that way not only can we attend the cocktail party, but we can have pics taken of it too. -
