  1. Ditto Yael. He thinks he is the only person in the world that makes up words.
  2. Most of the holders are business card size. And a lot of people use these at other places than just AI. Even if you are charging to your room most people carry some small bills for tipping. And yes I think they are perfect for keeping track of your room key. PS go post to the newbies so you can get 150 and start looking at some of the cute attachments on BDW
  3. Congrats on the new job! Most of my staple piecess are Banana or JCrew. I then mix them up with trendy stuff like cute tops and shoes from Kohls, Target, even Old Navy. The trendy stuff doesn't last forever, but by the time it wears out it is out of fahsion anyways! As for shopping online find the places that offer free shipping both ways (like zappos.com). That way you can try it on and ship it back if you don't like it. Good luck with everything
  4. I used pouchncoil.com for my luggage tag loops, and they were so helpful with all of my questions. They have the wrist coils, reels, and clips too! Accessories
  5. What a beautfiul dress! I like the idea of playing up the heels at something like the welcome or rehearsal dinner. That way people can acutally see them!
  6. They are both so cute! I like #1, but would probably go with #2 because the fuddy-duddys might not get #1.
  7. I used PrintsMadeEasy.com for the postcards. Just picked one of their designs and modified to be a STD. I also uploaded my guest list to their site and they addressed and sent them out. This is the only company that I have found that allows you send out exactly the amount you need. Pictures of mine are in the #4 post in the thread below. http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t41121 And picking a resort was sooooooo hard! I'm sure you will find one that you love, just be patient and realize that everything happens for a reason! Quote: Originally Posted by thefuturemrslutz How did you do your postcards? 8. It is such a hard decision with so many cute ideas out there! I ended up doing postcard STDs (super cheap to make and on postage) then made Passport invites with Boarding Pass RSVP cards. Good luck deciding
  9. I'm still doing the regular program and FI also gave up already too! Stupid boys Jk I use bands that attach over the door for the pull ups. But that doesn't sound like you have that option. One of my other friends actually bought a pull up frame that he uses. BTW... I hate pull ups!
  10. Clever idea! I am so going to use it! Thanks Quote: Originally Posted by Jtswedding I got hostess gifts. 11. I love the packaging and your attetion details. Your guests will love them
  12. They turned out great! I really like how the tags tie everything together. Thanks for sharing.
  13. Everything looks amazing and I can't wait to see pics from the wedding. You are absolutely stunning in that dress - smokin! Your save the dates and invites were super cute and the garter is adorable. Also, I always read 944 and think that it is great addition to your OOT bags. Congrats and thanks for sharing )
  14. Good call Patti. I know your guests will enjoy the restaurant since it means something to you and your FI. I also like that it does give you that excuse to not stay out late the night before the wedding!
  15. Wow! You are so organized I love everything... that dress is gorge and your bags turned out great. I really love these threads - thanks for sharing!!!!

  17. Congrats and great review!! You looked so beautiful
  18. I hope you had an amazing wedding!!! I can't wait to hear all about it )
  19. Do whatever makes you happy. Who cares if the numbers are even? I really like that Yael had her party sit instead of stand. I'm way out of the norm as we only asked our family to be in the bridal party because we didn't want to put that burden or pressure on our friends if they wouldn't be able to make it. That means my 2 brothers are my honor attendants and FIs brother is his BM. It makes me happy )

    Newbie!!

Welcome! Can't go wrong with the Palace resorts, but we chose Dreams PV because we wanted to go somewhere none of our guests had been before.
  21. Sorry to my Canadian GFs But today is another Woot Off! And its my birthday so I am getting nothing accomplished at work. Oh well, maybe I will buy myself some totally random birhtday present. Yea for woot.com!!! Woot : One Day, One Deal (SM)
  22. I ended up getting my bags on clearance at Wal-Mart... shhhhhh... don't tell my snotty guests Quote: Originally Posted by Amie Right now we are working on picking up my mother's dress and finishing up our OOT bags this weekend. Welcome to the forum ) I think it is just the thought of being married in 100 days that starts to stress us all out! Just make a list of the remaining stuff and cross it off as you go. Most of us will agree that crossing stuff off that list is one of the best feelings Quote: Originally Posted by Jtswedding Hi I'm late finding this site but getting married Dec 19. OMG that's so soon!!! We got the boys flips flops (FI, GM, BM) last night and I heart them http://www.zappos.com/reef-fanning-tan-brown-red
  23. Aw man that sounds delish! Thanks for sharing )
  24. I was thinking about finding someone to make a quilt out of it, but I really like the idea of donating it to charity. One more decision
