Welcome Karen! Sedona is one of my favorite places. We took our engagement pics at Red Rock Crossing in June and the weather was so awesome. And one of my un-bridesmaids was married at Merry-Go-Round Rock in July. Let me know if you want to see pics. Happy planning

I know we all get those “FREE†emails from VistaPrint and are desperately racking our brains on what we could do with one of those Free Lawn Signs. Yes they work great for pointing your guests to your ceremony or reception, but what about thinking outside the box a little. Why not have one made as a “Lounge Chair Reserved†sign? You know how you have to get up at the crack of dawn to get the optimal beach chair at most resorts… why not put a reserved sign instead of just a towel that most people move anyway. So technically they aren’t “FREE†because you have to pay for shipping, but it’s an idea. Here’s a pic of mine. Get creative!

Patti - maybe you can try calling them or sending a BDW PM (handbagscentral). I talked to them several times when I was ordering. Since the guy who owns it is a BDW vendor maybe he would be willing to work with you...

So I have posted this vendor in a couple of random threads and I thought I would help some other folks out too and make a dedicated post. I ordered my luggage tag loops from Pouch and Coil and was really happy with their prices, customer service and fast shipping. They even offer free luggage tag loop samples if you are in the US. Good call Jess April we will be there from 12/2-12/12 and I can give you my TAs info too. I don't have a group rate, but she still has some great prices around Jess'. I haven't commented in a while over here so I thought I would chime in on the signature drink thing. I just told Rebeca that we wanted something orange in color with a lime. She said that was no prob and we can taste test when we get there to decide. Jamie I hadn't even thought of doing bathroom stuff, but it sounds cute. Anyone else considering this?

I don't know jack about wedding cakes, but a cassata cake sounds delicious! Maybe thats because I haven't had breakfast yet... IMO as long as you put a cute wedding topper on it, the cake will "feel" like a wedding cake

We had to change our date and location so many times that I was a total wreck and was to the point of eloping. Seriously we went from Texas to Arizona to the Caribbean to finally Puerto Vallarta and from October to March to November to finally December. When we actually booked, everything just seemed to fall into place. So there is hope! Remember that marriage is about compromising and this is probably one of the first times you will really have to be patient and open minded when finding a date and location. Maybe you could use July 17 for your legal day or AHR... Good luck planning )

Glad I could help I am going to send the luggage tags to the guests a month before the wedding. I made a vistaprint brochure to go with them. Also, I used bright orange cardstock to make the luggage tags to make it easier to identify your luggage and who is in our group. No beach for me. I really don't like sand The package I purchased includes a private reception on the beach, poolside terrace, or ballroom.

I'm with Yael... none of my guests are flying together and it hasn't been an issue at all.
