Yea for being so close Kimber and Jamie! We should update the Dreams PV dates thread since so many of us are approaching the big plunge. Jamie ~ (I mean Martha) Cute idea using luggage tags as place cards Have you girls seen all of the DIY stuff that Jamie has done?!?! Her guests are going to have so much to talk about. I think she should leave all the leftovers at Dreams for the rest of us JK Jill ~ Go with something like Jess recommended. I think little cards with stick chickens or cows would be cute, but you could even just do numbers or colored dots. I'm not doing placecards as I didn't give my guests the option on food...bwhahahaha I suck. The only exception I have is a vegan and the girl eats nothing anyways, Dreams doesn't really have vegetarian options (the vegetarian menu they sent me was fish and chicken), so I'm just going to have her pick her food when we get there. Also, my TA just told me that they are working on a new video of Dreams PV. They go and film a bunch of resorts and post the videos on their website. I'll let y'all know when she has it finished.

I'm a big ole cry baby and I think we are going to do the "first sight" photos before hand. But keep it something special and private just between us. Altough I think sharing that moment with your guests is pretty cool. I also like the idea of getting all of the picures that don't require the bride and groom before the ceremony. That way your family can head straight to the party and you don't leave your guests on their own for too long. We went to a wedding and the couple took 3 hours for photos between the ceremony and reception and I thought that was kind of rude.

Hey girlie girls! Today starts my 45 day countdown to the wedding. I was down 25 pounds, but gained back 10 and I blame stress. So we started the lean version yesterday and I have to drop those dang 10 plus a little more if possible. I know that sounds ambitious but really I know that the extra weight is all bloating (TMI but I have to say it outloud to get motivated). For some incentive why don't we go to the have you excercised thread and post there when you did a P90X workout?

I take a Costco multi vitamin pack. Whatever you decide just make sure to take them on a full stomach. I was taking the Centrum energy for a while and on an empty stomach it made me feel terrible.

No worries Erica! A groom's cake is a southern tradition with it being a present from the bride to the groom. Traditionally since the bride's cake was white, the groom's cake is chocolate. I grew up in Texas and can't remember a wedding that did not have a groom's cake. Most of them have an Ace of Cakes type feel with college or hobby themes. We aren't doing one at our DW.

Yikes! I have super sensitive skin and stuff like that happens to me quite a bit. The dermatologist gave me Zyrtec and it totally helps with the hive like symptoms. Hope you feel better soon!!

Hahaha I just got legally married in Vegas at the Little White Wedding Chapel Drive Thru (we actually walked up to the window with about 20 friends) and the people there were extremely adamant about the drinking thing. They told me about 100 times on the phone that they wouldn't marry us if they even thought we had been drinking. And absolutely no alcohol on their property. It just made me laugh because it was Vegas. I'm sure a glass of champagne to calm the nerves will be fine especially if it is not a legal ceremony, but you really don't want to drink any more than that to avoid the drunk faces in pictures Check with your WC to make sure you don't break any rules!
