We will be together 8 years in August.... We got engaged in January and I wasn't going to wait another year either!!! We also picked November because of hurricane season and the holidays!!! WOW!!!!

The Adriana papell dress that i picked and that the girls thought they were originally gonna get was 138 US so that is why im trying not to go too much higher than that since they all thought they were gonna spend around that amt... but i guess ill just have to talk to them and see if thatll be ok The one I picked was 150.00 every now and then they run a 20.00 off promotion on all dresses..... I would call one of the stores to see when they will be running the next promo. I called my store when we were looking and they told me.... So we only paid around 130.00 for ours.
  11. Yay! Congrats! Let me know if you have any questions... I have tons of info
  12. I'm doing a Fuschia/Purple/Lime green wedding and I was able to find the prettiest fuschia bridesmaid dresses at Alfred Angelo. The color swatch online doesn't do it justice... you should swing by one of their stores and take a look at it in person

And you can choose style color size, etc and it'll show whats out there That's REALLY what I want to do... BUT then I would have to alter the length of my dress There are a few generic ivory wedges i've found....I'll keep looking
  14. To the girls that are having their ceremony on the sand.... what shoes are you wearing??

I already have had some BM drama (resolved), am dealing with wanting no kids at the wedding other than nieces / nephews (ongoing), and am going through periods of excitement, panic and denial. Overall, I'm excited, and I'm so happy to meet all the other November brides! Hooray & congratulations to everyone! Welcome!!! I went through the same thing with the "No Kids" policy. Since we are having our wedding at an "Adult Only" hotel I had alot of push back from my family. They have finally let it go... thank goodness.

The member that started this thread has a video of the fireworks show on her Moon Palace wedding review. Watching the video helped me make my decision. I'm going with the fireworks

  19. I'm having a dilema.... I orginally wanted to go barefoot for the ceremony but my dress is perfect with a 3in heel. I would love to save the $ by not altering my dress..... I am looking for a wedge that doesn't look like an old lady shoe any ideas??
