I have the same issue but after reading reviews of people with the same situation, I've booked a room for one night at my resort for the photographer. I was able to negotiate a lower price with the photographer so I was not paying "extra" out of pocket. If my "guest" just happens to be a photographer and not a "third-party" vendor, then it is allowed. But this was not at Beaches. Good luck with everything. For me the most important part of the wedding (other than marrying my love) was having great pictures to capture it all.

We've decided to have our wedding at either at the RIU Montego Bay or Gran Bahia Principe in Jamaica. I love the location at the GBP and the rates are great BUT they are charging an extra 80 pp on top of the wedding package. The RMB has a great wedding package (free!) BUT the price for our guests is more. AAAHHHH!

Hello everyone! I have heard good things about this site and I know it will help me (quickly) plan my wedding. I recently changed my wedding back to a destination one with only 3 months left (even after putting a deposit on the venues and vendors here in Miami). Now I have no stress from the burden of a local wedding for a 150 ppl and can instead have fun with close friends and family for a weekend and a fraction of the cost! Yippee!...
