We plan to be announced by the dj..during the cocktail hour we plan to have the video played for our guest who didn't attend..(esp. since our mom's aren't going to Vegas)..it would be nice to play for them..so the dj will announce us..we will come in say a few words...get our drinks and then mingle w/guests during the remainder of the cocktail hour...thankfully my boss is catering the wedding & helping do set up... I would love sparklers for when we leave though!!!!

Definitely do your brownie sundae bar! I would love it as a guest.... FI like you doesn't like cake at all..(his mom still buys him one every year)..lol..so our WC in Vegas is having the baker do a tiered cheesecake for us!!! We will have strawberry (his fave), plain & chocolate for me!!! Our AHR will have the tiered cupcakes!!!

I am still doing STD's which should be there when I get home this evening and doing invites..but I hadn't planned on mailing mine out until January of next year even though I have picked them out already.... If you are gonna do your invites early then u shouldn't need any...

Great review..I am sure it will be helpful to the ladies looking to use one of the hotels!!! You are right..I wanted to do an evening outdoor ceremony in June and quickly told it could be done..but don't under estimate the heat that time of year so uh yeah we went with an indoor one..

I actually bought mine and am taking with me..but I will be there a few days before the wedding and will have the hotel steam for me if needed..not sure about the rental...never entertained the thought but myabe you could try getting one on sale..I know lots of shops here are running $99 specials if you don't want anything expensive...

I am finding that guests are not using the website and most of ours are internet users. I am finding it frustrating for folks to keep calling me and not using it. I am taking the time, energy, effort to update it so use it..so I have started telling them when they ask me stuff..did u check the website? I also had it included on our STD's... Are any of you experiencing this problem?..if so how are you handling it?
