I think Cuba would definitely be the cheapest option then Puerto Plata,Mexico and Jamaica. Happy planning

6pm is quite late. I mean,weddings do run late all the time. Yo will only have a window of about 20 minutes. If you are late, the ceremony is going to be at night and that's not ideal. Especially because there are power interruptions a few times a week and who knows...
