Pricing starts at $175 per set and delivery will be on top of that. they can also have made pillows in your colors- pillows will range from$15-30 depending on sizing and fabric.they also offer rentals and complete wedding coordination 1 set are 2 sofas, 2 ottomans y 1 table you can seat about 8-12 people depending on size of people and how you are using them. Delivery would be $75 usd. We can also have pillows made in your colors. Pillows range from $15-40 depending on size and material. let her know I referred you! =)

ladies- I am using an outside comany for my lounge furnture but i do have to pay $100 vendor fee for this. The reason i am using an outside company and not the royals furniture is because I didnt like the furniture that they use, its like two long sofas... the company i am using is charging $175 per set which includes a table, two ottomans and two sofas... this way its more of a lounge feel rather than two long couches. If anyone wants there information let me know and i'll send it.. it turned out to be cheaper even with the fee to use this outside company. Adriana

soo.. when i was there in August for my site visit, michelle told me my bridesmaids and groomsmen can come to the room when i get ready and she said i just need to give her the names and she will take care of it. Of course, it seems we are getting different answers but i will be pissed if that is not correct. All of them are staying at either The Gran or The Real Resort so they better not have to pay anything to come in and help me get ready and my groom!! Jesmcan - I'm having Fernando come to do my hair and makeup and i just had to pay the Vendor fee because the day pass only gets them access to the Resort and not into your room. Thats why u have to pay the vendor fee so they can go in your room.. sucks!

when i was there for my site visit last august, michelle told me that you can have a rehersal. my ceremony is at the gazebo so i was planing on coordinating with michelle about what time the wedding party can all gather. I don't think we can just wing it, they must do a rehearsal for us brides, even if its like 5 min long..

Hi Lady Di, what etsy seller are you using for the bouquets? I think it blows they are wanting to charge us $60 per bridesmaid bouquet and also $60 for flower centerpieces!! will you be shipping them to mexico directly? I think I might also wander around the town and see if they have a local florist that would be cheaper.. Anyone know if the royal would charge us $100 vendor fee if we have an outside florist come drop off flowers for the ceremony and reception?

HI Lady Di. Do you have the contact infor for the director at La Cueva del Chango? Did you speak with him over the phone about the menu you are looking for or was this all done over email? the location looks awesome! i wonder if they decorate it special at night with lights... i think i might consider having my rehearsal dinner there cuz the price looks great! Any help you can offer would be great!

HI LynnieS, since you are doing your "welcome dinner" at Asiana, how many people are attending this dinner? Is it a large or small group? Did you have to choose from the pre-set menu too and make it like a semi-private event and pay $15 per person? I wish they would just let us reserve a time to go to the restaurants and yet still be able to choose from the restaurants menus instead of having to choose from a pre-fixed menu.. sucks!

for those brides talking about rooms possibly being sold out, take this from my experience: let your guests know to book early!! my wedding is in april at The Royal on a Friday, most people r just NOW looking into booking. Well, Now the Royal is sold out thursday and Friday so people cant go there. The Gran porto is sold out on Friday night (wedding night) so people have to go elsewhere for that night. its just a nightmare and i didnt realize how fast these resorts can book up. half my guests havent even booked!

Has Anyone thought about doing this for their rehearsal dinner? I was also told that you have to pay a per person charge to arrange a rehearsal dinner at one of the restaurants at the royal or gran, i think it was $15 per person. But what if my wedding group, went to one of the restaurants at The Gran Porto (since Most people are staying there if not at the Royal) and we got there early and saved a few tables and the big group of us sat down normally like we would for a dinner. This way we dont have to choose one meal option for everyone from the choices the wedding coordinator gives us, instead everyone chooses what they want to eat off the menu just like they normall would do for dinner that night at their resort. What do you guys think, can this work? I remember a past bride said she was going to try to do this for her rehearsal dinner but never heard if she went though with it.. Also - anyone who has eaten at the restaurants at The Gran Porto - any restaurants you liked the best or think would be best for a party of 25? Thanks!
